During the summer of 2022, the unmissable Salaisons du Sancy was taken over by Michael Vaufrey. Coming from a family of pork butchers and a professional in the retail sector, he has completely redesigned and expanded the store. There is a grocery section, home-made charcuterie offered by the pork butcher Pascal Tournadre, ready-made meals, a special wine, beer and liquor section. The faithful customers can be reassured, the salting remains the main activity and the quality is always present. Tastings and open days will be organized.

Welcome to the temple of Auvergne products! This vast store gathers in one place cheeses, delicatessen, fruits and vegetables, drinks, delicatessen... Everything is made in Auvergne. Marc, a butcher by profession, wanted to bring together the producers and the best products of the region. He makes it a point of honor to communicate on their origin and the practices of the producers. La Ferme auvergnate cooks charcuterie, terrines and homemade specialties, based on pork from Combrailles. It also prepares gourmet baskets to offer.

In the Jardin aux Escargots, Isabelle and Christophe Chaumeil raise 350,000 Gros Gris in the open air. You will be able to discover the snail farm and understand the work of these two enthusiasts, both for the breeding of gastropods and for the cooking. In the shop, you will find many gourmet dishes made from the little horned creatures but also products and herbs from the garden. Hélène Le Loup offers you a wide range of cooked dishes, flavoured Salers beef pâtés and rillettes. But above all, don't miss the specialities that have made her a success: the minced beef rolls with Auvergne blue cheese or Cantal, the Salers beef stews with chestnuts or with raisins and orange peel, which won her a "bronze goudot" at the gastronomic competition of the "Européennes du goût" in Aurillac. You will also find a lot of products from Cantal. Yummy!

Founded in 1920, this institution, which has passed through many hands, has kept its focus on tradition and good local products. You can find there the gastronomic treasures of Auvergne: ham, Aubrac tome, Laguiole cheese, tripous, stuffed cabbage, estofinade, spit cake... This family-run business produces a range of mustards: Pourpre de Saint-Pourçain, Pommes à la moutarde, Ravigote, Estivale and Votilia. Cheeses, delicatessen, tripoux, beers, wines and aperitifs, including the famous Gentian, and sweet pleasures: fruit jellies, honeys, jams... Everything has been tested before being selected. On the website, promotions are frequently offered: a good plan to discover the multitude of products.
