The Raynal house is located in the upper and lower town of Saint-Flour. Its specialty? La fouace, a delicious brioche from the region. You will also find the Auvergne pâté made with blueberries, the prune rissole (shortbread turnover) or the Saint-Flour tart which combines puff pastry and marzipan. Not forgetting the savoury tarts!
