Located on Avenue du Lioran in Saint-Flour, Netto is a discount supermarket offering a wide range of food products, including fresh produce and household goods. Whether you want to shop in-store or find products at affordable prices, Netto is an attractive option for bargain-seekers.

Overlooking the Place du Palais, the shop is a must. With its hundred-year-old façade, its old-fashioned decor and its very wide range of regional products. On the shelves, cantal entre-deux, sweets, local honey, gentian salers, liqueurs, blond lentils from Saint-Flour, salted meats from Auvergne, jars of tripoux or petit salé, crunchy biscuits. Lentil cultivation was relaunched in the 1990s on the Saint-Flour planèze. Here it is blond, with a firm flesh and a slightly sweet taste. Today it is produced about 70 tons naturally. An association brings together the forty or so producers to ensure promotion and marketing. It is a candidate for the Label Rouge quality label. The best chefs in the region offer it at their tables. It can be found in delicatessens.

Fromagerie de Saint-Flour is part of Fromageries Occitanes, which operates in the Massif Central and the Pyrenees. One of the town's biggest employers, the Saint-Flour plant produces only blue-veined cheeses, i.e., blue cheeses such as the AOP fourme d'Ambert or its house specialty, the creamy bleu de Saint-Flour. All these products, as well as the company's full range of cheeses, can be found on site in the factory store.
