Founded in 1920, this institution, which has passed through many hands, has kept its focus on tradition and good local products. You can find there the gastronomic treasures of Auvergne: ham, Aubrac tome, Laguiole cheese, tripous, stuffed cabbage, estofinade, spit cake...
