Christophe Vasseur is an adorable boy, cheerful, passionate and talented. Commercial in fashion, he left behind everything to get a CAP in bakery and realise his dream. His ancient style shop is decorated with coasters, rustic ceiling drawings that dates as far as the year 1889 and the tables are decorated with ancient copper moulds. It is lovely and it perfectly corresponds to the spirit of the boss: tradition in modernity. He researched ancient recipes and adapted them to today's style. All breads are baked on stone, as in the past, this is what gives them the flat bottom and the thick crust which guarantees excellent preservation. He invented gastro bread like the Rabelais for foie gras, apple Pagnol for Vacherin. His «Pain des Amis» is a very flat bread, very crusted, the apple turnover is topped with apple and no compote, and as for its brioche with orange blossom, it is inspired by a recipe from North Africa. He thinks of stopping the French loaves so as to make only bread made from ancient and rare flour.

Maison Le Daniel celebrates its 25th anniversary in 2023! For the occasion, it has created new limited-edition desserts. The holiday menu is always eagerly awaited. The creations of master pastry chef-chocolatier Laurent Le Daniel (MOF in pastry-making) can be enjoyed in the tearoom or at home. The Heart of Brittany is one of the house's best-sellers, a typically Breton cake with salted butter caramel, chocolate and a crunchy hazelnut cookie. We also confess to an addiction to caramel spread on crêpes - it's divine! On the catering side, brochettes, petits fours, mini-sandwiches, rustic canapés and pyramids of macaroons are a delight at all our events.

Prise de Mousse showcases the champagnes of La Montagne de Reims winemakers, accompanied by tapas and platters of foie gras, Reims ham, burrata, carpaccio, spreads... to complete the tasting experience. The Cave des Vignerons de Mancey is a unique winery dedicated to the vines and wines of Burgundy, with a scenographic space and a huge range of 85 Burgundy appellations. The cellar showcases the work of some 50 winemakers, who produce small cuvées of chardonnay, pinot noir, aligoté and gamay, expressing the typicity of their terroirs. For gourmets, the "produits du terroir" area, where you'll also find a wide selection of wine accessories, offers the best of local traditions.

Oyster lovers, this is the place to come! The oysters of this passionate oyster farmer are not lacking in rewards, starting with a new gold medal at the Concours Général Agricole at the Salon de l'Agriculture 2022 for his special oysters. An oyster producer in the Bay of Bourgneuf, Baptiste sells his oysters and shellfish at La Cabane, located in Port des Champs. The Coutant chocolate factory will soon celebrate its 50 years of existence in Nantes, in the gourmet district of Copernic. This artisanal chocolate factory is known for its seriousness and its quality, never denied until today. In the district, regulars but also newcomers and other tourists regularly stop in front of the attractive store. Held by the sympathetic Véronique and Laurent Carretero and their faithful team, the artisanal creations are born under the sign of the subtlety and the balance. Every month, the store window changes according to the seasons, the holidays and the news from Nantes. Among the many creations, let's mention the Muscadettes nantaises (a ganache with muscadet brandy) or the macaroons (coffee, chocolate, Grand Marnier, blackcurrant, caramel, passion, lemon, etc.). The house also makes delicious florentines, these nougatine and candied fruit palets placed on a chocolate disc. Original creations of impeccable quality. Try the home-made chocolate bites like the Duchesses (orange ganache, caramel coulis and pistachio almond paste). The Vignécoise Farm is at the same time breeding, workshop of transformation and canning. To visit the Coustalat house in Vignec is to discover the real products of the soil in situ. Here, the black pig of Bigorre snorts in the nature to be transformed into terrines, sausages, ventrèches, hams, confits...
