Day 1: Museums and shopping
Steps: Lisbonne
Depending on the time available and preferences, dedicate the morning to the visit of one or more museums - the wonderful Gulbenkian Foundation museum or the Oriente Foundation, the National Museum of Azulejo or the National Museum of Ancient Art - or to a crossing of the Tagus by ferry to apprehend the city otherwise. Then the afternoon, stroll in the Baixa (the heart of Lisbon), history to do, then, a little more shopping by going to Chiado. After discovering the district da Bica, aperitif at Santa Catarina miradouro to appreciate the view and sunset on the bridge of 25-April. Then typical meal in one of the many restaurants in Bairro Alto, and Fado or Electro evening in the many bars of the fashionable district.

Day 2: Old city
Steps: Lisbonne
On foot or by tramway (No. 28), with a short break at Santa Luzia Cathedral and Lookout, climb to São Jorge Castle - a magnificent view of the city and the Sea of Straw (Tagus) - then continue on foot to São Vincente da Fora to visit the cloister and find a small souvenir at Feira da Ladra, Lisbon's flea market. Then get lost in Alfama and Graça, typical old districts that have remained popular

Day 3: New City
Steps: Lisbonne
Place to the new Lisbon, walk in the Park of Nations - location of the 1998 Universal Exposition - the cable car and Oceanarium very well designed (one of the most visited areas of the capital). Then, evening in the very animated, even worlds, Docas.
Day 4: Belém and the banks of the Tagus
Steps: Lisbonne
You will start early, thanks to tram No. 15E towards Belém, for a breakfast with the famous pastel of Belém at the Confeitaria nacional de Belém. Then, you can go to the monastery of the Hieronymites with its "wafer" façade, built by Dom Manuel I in 1502, then push on to the emblematic tower of Belém and the monument of the Discoveries. Then, you will have the choice between the National Museum of Carrosses or the CCB with the Berardo collection. On the way back, don't hesitate to stop at the LX factory (or Lisbon factory) for an aperitif.
Day 5: Nature and monuments

Head north to the north of the city for a little nature in the Eduardo VII park where you can visit the magical Estufa Fria (hot greenhouse) or for a stroll in the forest park of Monsanto (big lung for the city) and in the Marqueses de Fronteira palace and its delirious azulejos walls or the Zoological Garden. In the afternoon, discover the aqueduct das Aguas Livres built to supply the city with water, extend with the modern art center José de Azevedo Perdigão or one of the house museums containing beautiful art pieces.

Day 6: Estrela, Campo de Ourique, Rato
In the morning, visit the basilica of Estrela (18th century) and its garden, then a little more quietness in the English cemetery or in the Pleasures cemetery before shopping and lunch in the pleasant district of Campo de Ourique. In the second half of the day, Pessoa's fanatics will go to his house, while the others will be able to digest at the Botanical Garden on their way down to the Rato. Evening stroll to Lapa, Cape Verdean dinner in São Bento and night to the avenida Dom Carlos I in club B. Leza for some chalouped music.
Day 7: Cascais and its surroundings
Steps: Cascais, Cabo Da Roca
Take the marginal or railway line that runs along the Tagus estuary to the pretty Cascais, for a short walk in the seaside town. First the Boca do Inferno (the mouth of hell, naturally dug by the ocean into the cliff) then continue to Cabo da Roca, the westernmost point in Europe, via the windy Guincho beach dedicated to sliding sports.

Day 8: Sintra and its surroundings
Steps: Sintra
Visit this enchanting city: Royal Palace, Pena National Palace, the enigmatic Quinta da Regaleira or the Toy Museum and walk through Monserrate Park and along paths dotted with many villas. Then, cross the bustling little mountain Serra de Sintra and relax on Praia das Maças beach and its pretty cove.
Day 9: Ericeira, Mafra and Queluz Palaces
Steps: Mafra, Sintra, Ericeira
On the way to Mafra: visit the basilica and the remarkable and imposing palace, which houses a museum of sacred art and a sumptuous library. Lunch break in Ericeira, a small fishing port where you can enjoy good fish dishes, and for the anecdote, see the boats dry up. Return to Lisbon and stop in Queluz: visit the Royal Palace and its romantic gardens.
Day 10: Palmela, Setúbal and Sesimbra
Steps: Setúbal, Palmela, Sesimbra, Cabo Espichel, Lagoa De Albufeira
Heading south, stop in Palmela for a visit to the medieval castle and the São Pedro church. When you arrive in Setúbal, visit the popular city: São Filipe Castle, the Church of Jesus and the old quarters. To relax, cruise on the Sado estuary to discover dolphins. Continue towards Sesimbra, a small fishing port with picturesque streets, the castle and the beach where fishermen go. Back to Lisbon: go through the mysterious Cabo Espichel, the magnificent Lagoa de Albufeira, and the long beaches of Meco and Caparica.
