Day 1: Abu Dhabi between tradition and modernity
Steps: Île D'Abu Dhabi, Île De Saadiyat
Visit to the Qasr al Hosn fort and its crafts center. We head to the Corniche near the memorial to founder Sheikh Zayed to admire a magnificent view before taking a tour of theEmirates Palace. We then cross the road to theObservatory Deck at Etihad Towers for lunch, followed by a visit to Qasr al Watan. Overnight at the Park Hyatt Saadiyat.

Day 2: Abu Dhabi must-sees
Steps: Île D'Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Île De Saadiyat
Early morning walk on Saadiyat beach, followed by a visit to the Louvre Abu Dhabi, with its permanent and temporary collections and the architecture of the building designed by Jean Nouvel. Lunch outside under the museum dome, followed by a visit to the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. Departure for the Al Aïn oasis. Overnight at the Rotana Hotel inAl Aïn.
Day 3: Al Aïn oasis and desert getaway
Steps: Al Ain
Visit Fort Jahili and the exhibition on explorer Wilfred Thesiger, the Al Aïn palm grove by horse-drawn carriage with guided tour, then the Sheikh Zayed Presidential Palace and Museum. Lunch at al Fanar restaurant and afternoon at Hili archaeological park before heading to the Platinum Heritage camp in the Dubai desert. Overnight stay.
Day 4: Tour of old Dubai
Steps: Désert
Rise at dawn for a hot-air balloon ride with Balloon Adventures over the desert, followed by a gourmet breakfast. Tour of Old Dubai to discover the historic Shindagha district, the Spice and Gold Souk and the Iranian Al Fahidi district. Lunch on the patio of the XVA Hotel. Check-in at the Anantara the Palm hotel and afternoon at the beach. Dinner at Mekong in the hotel.

Day 5: Modern Dubai
Climb to The View at the Palm, to admire the Palm and the Marina. Shopping spree in the Madinat Jumeirah souk, with a breathtaking view of the Burj al Arab. Lunch at Salt on Kite Beach. In the afternoon, explore the Dubai Mall complex, Burj Khalifa and its thousand boutiques. Terrace dinner at Souk-al-Bahar overlooking the musical fountains and the Burj Khalifa. Overnight at the Anantara.
Day 6: Discovery of the city of Sharjah
Steps: Sharjah City
Upon arrival in Sharjah, short break at Al Bareed Cafe. Then departure for the visit of Heart of Sharjah and its museums, historical houses and Al-Arsah Souk. Lunch at the Arabian Tea house before heading to the Museum of Islamic Art and then immersive experience in the art installation "Rain Room" and Fort al Hisn. Overnight in the historic house transformed into a boutique hotel: the Chedi.
Day 7: Archaeology and Geology of Sharjah
Steps: Mleiha
Departure for the center of Mleiha to discover the thousand-year-old history of the Emirates: museum and archaeological safari. Lunch on site before leaving for the superb Buhais Geological Museum which traces the formation of the Arabian Peninsula. Drive to the Ritz-Carlton Al Wadi Desert in the emirate of Ras al-Khaimah for overnight stay. After dinner, stargazing with guide.
Day 8: Day off
Steps: Ras Al-Khaïmah City
Rise early in Ras al-Khaimah for a birdwatching tour and safari in the hotel reserve. Day at the lodge pool to relax before returning to the hotel's Rainforest Spa for an immersive experience. Horse or camel ride in the dunes to admire the sunset. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 9: Ras al-Khaimah and Umm al-Quwaïn
Steps: Al Rams
Depart for Dhayah Fort, overlooking the coastal plain of Rams, before returning to the port to board a boat that will take you to the Al Suwaidi pearl farm to discover the fishermen and pearl merchants. Traditional lunch on the boat, followed by a visit to the small fort that recounts the history of Umm al-Quwaïn. Late afternoon and overnight at the Anantara The Palm Dubai.

Day 10: Ajman
Steps: Ajman City
Head for the historic center ofAjman to visit the fish market, the shipyard where traditional boats are still built, the historic Ajman fort and museum, and the small historic Saleh souk. Arrival at the Oberoï Hotel, lunch at the Aquario restaurant, then afternoon at the beach, swimming pool and dinner at the hotel.
Day 11: The route of the forts
Steps: Liwa, Fujaïrah City, Fujaïrah Plage
Depart on the mountainous road to discover the route of the forts: Fort Masafi, Bittnah, Hayl then lunch at the Lebanese restaurant Meshwar before visiting the fort of the city of Fujairah and the small adjoining museum. On our way to The Address hotel, we stop to visit the oldest mosque in the Emirates: the Al Bidiya mosque. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 12: A day on the Gulf of Oman
Depart for an early-morning hike organized by the hotel in the nearby Hajar Mountains. After lunch, a lazy day on the beach or a diving/snorkeling outing to admire the rich underwater fauna of the Gulf of Oman. Late afternoon spa, dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 13: The Enclaves of Sharjah and Dubai
Steps: Khor Fakkan
Departure for a visit to the Khor Fakkan fort, now a museum, followed by a tour of the restored old souk. Lunch at the Rimini restaurant. On the way to Dubai, stop for a stroll in the charming oasis of Wadi Shees, then join the emirate of Dubai and the Hotel la Ville in the City Walk district. Enjoy the hotel's swimming pool, followed by an evening in the pedestrian district.

Day 14: Last day in Dubai
Mid-morning visit to the contemporary art galleries onAlserkal Avenue in the heart of the industrial district. Lunch and an afternoon by the Sal pool at the Burj al Arab before heading to the Emirates Towers for a closer look at the Museum of the Future. A short tour of the DIFC art galleries and a final dinner at Amazonico before leaving for the airport.
