It was taken over in March 2018 by Julien Morel, a professional chef, frequent traveller and gastronomy entrepreneur from the Riviera of the Alps. He intends to offer a simple and good homemade seasonal cuisine, made from local and artisanal products, selected for their taste, freshness and quality. And if you like the address, you can stay in one of the 15 rooms renovated like a fisherman's cabin on the lake.

Located in the heart of the old town, in the pedestrian zone where the historical charm of the city of the Dukes of Savoy operates through its architecture and attracts passers-by and curious tourists, the small restaurant deserves a gourmet break. Home cooking and terrace that can be enjoyed as soon as the sun comes out, an address to remember for a good price-quality ratio. It is strongly recommended to book in advance.

The white stopover is a brasserie proposing a traditional cuisine. To make a stopover with the return of a walk or between two ski slopes. One comes there to drink a drink or to eat a piece until very late. On the à la carte you will have the typical mountain specialties. But we noted one T Bone of veal and its sauce with ceps, a plate "coconut I maë" with pineapple, skewer of cured ham and cheese, soup, salmon smoked, smoked duck breast, beef tartare and crudités. The foie gras are house, the salads are done small or large, the tiramisu dessert is made by the chef and we cracked for a fondue with the chocolate.

A brasserie place Europe to taste beautiful pieces of meat. Carpaccio, tartar, butcher base, tab, fondue fondue… The tartar can even cover the sun with peppers, tomatoes and black olives with olive oil. To complete slate, fresh pasta to all sauces, a smoked salmon tartiflette, and large salads. The Brasserie de l'Europe is also a wine bar and beer bar. A beautiful terrace allows you to live at the rhythm of the square that opens onto the theatre dome.

The appointment is an establishment offering Italian and Savoyard specialities. On the sun terrace at midday, indoors in the evening in a modern mountain style, very bright with these great openings. The reception is nice. On the kitchen side, dishes are prepared on-site with fresh products. In the morning you can enjoy breakfast in a brunch way. Then on the map an Italian plate accompanied by its burratina followed by a truffle half-coquelet and truffle puree or then des and spinach ravioli to finish a home dessert. A very pleasant place or quality and quantity are at the meeting.
