It was taken over in March 2018 by Julien Morel, a professional chef, frequent traveller and gastronomy entrepreneur from the Riviera of the Alps. He intends to offer a simple and good homemade seasonal cuisine, made from local and artisanal products, selected for their taste, freshness and quality. And if you like the address, you can stay in one of the 15 rooms renovated like a fisherman's cabin on the lake.

One comes there to drink a drink or to eat a piece until very late. On the à la carte you will have the typical mountain specialties. But we noted one T Bone of veal and its sauce with ceps, a plate "coconut I maë" with pineapple, skewer of cured ham and cheese, soup, salmon smoked, smoked duck breast, beef tartare and crudités. The foie gras are house, the salads are done small or large, the tiramisu dessert is made by the chef and we cracked for a fondue with the chocolate.

On the sun terrace at midday, indoors in the evening in a modern mountain style, very bright with these great openings. The reception is nice. On the kitchen side, dishes are prepared on-site with fresh products. In the morning you can enjoy breakfast in a brunch way. Then on the map an Italian plate accompanied by its burratina followed by a truffle half-coquelet and truffle puree or then des and spinach ravioli to finish a home dessert. A very pleasant place or quality and quantity are at the meeting.
