Alfred, Antoinette Haeni and their son Nicolas run a 15-hectare vineyard using integrated farming methods. Their wines are "ripe, supple and fleshy", like the rosé de Marie-Antoinette Séguret Côtes du Rhône villages, made by bleeding, balanced, round and fresh. Domaine de Cabasse is also a 3-star hotel.

Anne and Pierre Chancel have started a new life by creating, 4 years ago, this preserved domain of 30 hectares at the foot of the Ventoux (12 hectares cultivated in organic way surrounded by 12 hectares of wood). Their first vintages are promising in the 3 colors and already on the best tables in Paris and the region. The hilly estate offers superb views with a marked circuit called "Chemin Sensationnel", a stroll marked out with activities (well-being workshops, readings) which ends with a picnic and wine tasting. Make Saint-Pierre de Méjans your wine tourism stopover in the Luberon, where viticulture has a long tradition. Jean-Marc and Wendy Gobbi, the new owners, have restored this fortified ^12th-century Benedictine priory to its former glory by developing the 13-hectare vineyard. At the foot of the Grand Luberon, north of Aix-en-Provence, Château Val Joanis covers 400 hectares of preserved nature with 110 hectares of vines planted between pine and olive trees. The great diversity of the terroirs (limestone, pebbles, red clay) allows us to produce rich and elegant reds, fine and racy whites and fresh and tasty rosés. The distillery has been based on Barthelasse Island, in the heart of the orchards, since 1957. Renowned for its Williams pear eau-de-vie, the company perpetuates the tradition of trapped pears, hanging thousands of carafes in the pear trees between mid-May and mid-July every year. Since 2011, Emmanuel and Béatrice have been at the helm of Manguin; while continuing to enhance the house's expertise, they have created new spirits: Caraxès - a blend of pear eau-de-vie and old Caribbean rums - Bourbon Barrel, Oli Vodka and Pastis d'Avignon.

A sincere wine activist, adept at gentle winemaking and resolutely against traumatic methods, Marcel Richaud makes his wines with as much talent as passion. Wines of pleasure worked with the greatest respect. The estate's flagship cuvée remains L'Ebrescade, named after a high hillside. This wine, at once elegant, powerful, silky, with aromas of ripe fruit, pepper and spices, has great ageing potential. Other vintages are available, including one, in a nod to his other passion, the delta plane: the Terre d'Aigles.

Created in 1897, the Cave de Visan brings together 120 members, all winegrowers in the heart of the Enclave of the Popes in the northern part of the southern Rhône Valley. A space is dedicated to the tasting of wines, Côtes-du-Rhône and Côtes-du-Rhône-Villages Visan. The range includes ten or so cuvées, very aromatic white and rosé wines, very fine reds and a range of organically grown wines; the emblematic cuvée Notre-Dame des Vignes.

Set in an imposing 18th-century manor house surrounded by vineyards, Domaine de Fontenille is a 4-star luxury hotel in Lauris, 7 km from the town of Lourmarin and 14 km from the Romanesque abbey of Silvacane. It is a small estate on which three generations of the Théric family have succeeded one another. Marcellin, the grandfather, had rehabilitated the wells to bring it back to life. Founded in 1956, the cellar brings together winegrowers at the head of more than 150 hectares of vines. At the cellar, they will advise you on how to taste the wines, such as the reds that make the reputation of the appellation. The cellar also produces a rosé, as well as a Muscat de Beaumes-de-Venise "Terre Blonde" which can be served as an aperitif or with dessert. Gabriel Meffre is a leading regional producer and marketer of fine wines from the Rhône Valley and Provence. Gabriel Meffre is also the owner of Domaine de Longue Toque in Gigondas (and manages Château Grand Escalion in Costières de Nîmes). The Domaine has been certified since 2020, and the wines are available in all 3 colors. Tasting workshops are scheduled throughout the year on a variety of themes. Winegrowers from father to son for 300 years, Frédéric and François Alary took over the 25-hectare estate in 1984. The estate is certified in organic agriculture. The harvest is manual. Favouring quality over excessive yield, they wish to keep old vines whose stocks are between 50 and 100 years old and still use old grape varieties such as Counoise, Vaccarèse or Muscardin. In the cellar, you will find a wide choice of vintages.

The estate is situated in a natural circus on the hills; the place is picturesque with a view of the Beaumes mountains. Entered into the Leydier family in 1967, this seigniory dates back to 1050 . It is known for its rich and elegant Muscat. The harvest is carried out by hand. They produce a very fruity Chardonnay/Viognier local white wine. One finds there the typicality of the grape variety with its apricot perfume; or a special cuvée 100% Viognier. Their cru Gigondas and cru Beaumes-de-Venise vieilles vignes are recommended for game meals.

They are 80 winegrowers who have joined forces to create this dynamic cellar. They work with a constant concern for quality and this pays off as they accumulate certifications and medals. The cellar : 500 m². It is a good starting point for all those who would like to discover the appellations Vacqueyras, Gigondas, Côte du Rhône but also Ventoux, Beaumes de Venise. At the end of May and the end of September, there are private sales. The shop sells decanters or decanters.
