Winegrowers from father to son for 300 years, Frédéric and François Alary took over the 25-hectare estate in 1984. The estate is certified in organic agriculture. The harvest is manual. Favouring quality over excessive yield, they wish to keep old vines whose stocks are between 50 and 100 years old and still use old grape varieties such as Counoise, Vaccarèse or Muscardin. In the cellar, you will find a wide choice of vintages.
