Continue until the only remnant of the Lascaris Castle: The view over the Mercantour and the village lauze roofs is amazing. The Tends Territory also includes the Valley of Wonders; the municipality is even, it says, the door. After such a walk, do you not find this name well deserved?

In only 10 km, the Promenade promenade offers a global panorama. We start by the sea at the Baie des Anges marina, then continue along the Wolf, this coastal river, which Raffolaient les International and the Grassais in the Belle Époque. Partly covered by an architecture attributed to Gustave Eiffel, this typical market takes place regularly in the morning from Monday to Sunday. It houses about twenty colourful stalls offering fresh, top-quality products from local producers: fruit, vegetables, cheese, charcuterie, honey, etc. Handicrafts are also on offer. All this in a very friendly atmosphere. Enough to taste or bring back a bit of the Alpes-Maritimes with you. The number of exhibitors and the products offered vary according to the season.
