Last month, I went to the bureau to complain about a restaurant manager who refused to accept our English pass sanitaire in the form of paper. The ladies we spoke to, were very nice, sympathiques. I filled a form to explain what happened.
Since, I have made several phone calls to enquire the outcome of my complaint.
I was supposed to get a mail.
I am still waiting. I came back to UK on Saturday.
I intend to contact Nice Matin newspaper. In my opinion, I was mistreated as a tourist. I do hope that I will hear from the bureau de tourisme very soon. I am not a happy lady. I need to know what has been done to rectify the situation.xxx
