Before becoming a family ski resort, Roubion attracted people for its rich natural and historical heritage. This unclassifiable village clinging to the cliff is a vertiginous eagle's nest, surrounded by centuries-old ramparts. You have to walk in its narrow and medieval streets to see typical mountain houses, as well as pretty squares and fountains. The classified ruins of the castle and the remains of the XIIth century testify of its past. This picturesque perched village offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.
