Getting around by train Charente

The Société nationale des chemins de fer français (SNCF) is the French public railway company. Born in 1937 from the merger of several companies (Nord, Est, Midi, etc.), it contributes a lot to the development of rail transport with the inauguration of the TGV in 1981.
