BRASSERIE CRAIG ALLAN
Read moreCraig Allan is a reserved and passionate person. This Scotsman moved to France many years ago. After working in whisky and beer in Great Britain, he chose Picardy to set up his own brewery. He has always had a very precise idea of craft beer, and doesn't hesitate to use a wide variety of hops. After entrusting the production to a Belgian brewer (De Proef), he now makes his entire range in his Picardy village. Perfectly bilingual, he welcomes customers by appointment.
PETITE BRASSERIE PICARDE
Read morePascal Détrez presides over the destiny of this craft brewery. A lifelong connoisseur of country drinks, he is passionate about all fermented beverages. After mead, cider, frênette and redcurrant wine, Pascal turned his attention to beer. After 13 years of brewing and a great deal of research, he embarked on his professional adventure in 2011 in an old farmhouse that had been completely refurbished. Committed to eco-responsibility, he produces entirely organically. For groups and by reservation, he offers to accompany the tasting with a meal of local charcuterie and cheeses on Saturday evenings, taken under a lean-to in the courtyard or in the open air. His main aim is to share his love of beer with visitors!
