This family-run bakery, founded in 1981, is located just outside the city center. Its specialty, old-fashioned flan beauvaisien, is well worth the detour! You can't visit Beauvais without tasting it, as it has become the city's culinary specialty. The flan, made with local products (butter and cream), is produced by the pastry chefs of this house whose reputation is well established. Once you've bought it in the bakery, you'll find it hard not to bite into it before you get home or visit your friends!
