We even found parts dating back to the th century! They manufacture crockery (from "utilitarian pottery"), but also more personal stoneware or ceramic works with Renaissance motifs. Jean-Louis Nigon is known among others for his épis of couille which, for him, are a pretext for a sculpture. Cats, cocks, or even squirrels coming out of the potter's oven are watching the roof of the houses.

They are used until the second half of the th century in the Parisian kitchens, they are also found in Emile Zola's house in Médan and that of Monet in Giverny. Tiles travel to the end of the world, exported to South America. Sylvie Thémereau studied graphic arts at the Higher school of applied arts Duperré in Paris with a ceramic option. When she arrived in Ponchon, she discovered the ancient production of faïence tiles and that is how she began breeding. It also features decorative panels, porcelain pieces, other creations such as vases, bowls and plates (from 15 €). She is assisted by Caroline Sobczak who works on enamelled sandstone objects. Also exposed are the recovery objects of Jean-Paul Beaugé for Artdenfer: lighting, small furniture…
