Edmond Guillet founded the Kerisac cider factory in 1920. It has been a family business for four generations. The spirit of the company is to preserve the traditional aspect of cider while rejuvenating the tastes. The Guillet brothers are among the pioneers of the cider revival in Brittany. Here they produce IGP Bretagne ciders (regularly awarded at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris), brut, demi-sec and sweet ciders. V & B or Wines and Beers (pronounce VI and BI).
