Less than half an hour from Nantes, Château de la Ragotière is located in the heart of the Nantes vineyards. It is in this atypical location, steeped in history, that you are invited to taste the estate's cuvées. Today, Amélie and Vincent, the 7th generation of the Couillaud family, have brought all their sensitivity and know-how to bear on the elaboration of cuvées combining finesse and elegance. Château de La Ragotière wines feature the 3 emblematic grape varieties of the Nantes vineyards: Muscadet, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. What's more, the Couillaud brothers had the brilliant idea of bringing grape varieties from other regions and planting them in the Loire. Soil and climate different from their region of origin give them an astonishing typicity... Let yourself be surprised by their Riesling, Viognier or Petit Manseng. Note that the estate will be converting to organic farming in 2019. Great discoveries to be made in a magical place! Among the estate's favorites: Muscadet Sèvre-et-Maine sur lie Cuvée Amélie 2018.
