A beautiful butchery located in a typical old town house. Here, meat is as beautiful and fresh as the last fishing. Beef, veal, lamb and pork all come from Limousin and are delivered by whole carcasses before being debited and maturés on site. An art that earned Didier Prampart the national trophy for Gold, rewarding the quality of his four meats, delivered in 2008 at the Salon de l'Agriculture in Paris. Add excellent meats preparations to this, and you will understand that butchery has the future.

So much so that in 2015, they launched the creation of the Boucherie Bio de l'Atlantique of which the entity Le Comptoir des Viandes Bio, is a stakeholder. The objective?
