In the programme: the discovery, protection and recovery of endangered assets. For small and large, several activities to discover fully. For three years, on Wednesday and Saturday morning, small people will be able to get acquainted with donkeys and animals in the lower court. They will learn how to bring animals together, as well as the sensory links to weave with them, how to feed or caresser them. Ballades of donkeys are also part of the party giving participants the opportunity to love such gentle animals, which also make it possible to gain self-confidence and to take a different look at nature. As for the creative leisure workshop, it presents, in other respects, courses around the decoration of ecological interiors with the work of lime, paper, land… In a Moulin offering intelligent, eco-friendly leisure for the whole family in harmony with our environment.

A new accrobranche on the Ile de Nantes! It's located not far from the city center, in the Parc Beaulieu known as "crapa". And it's sure to get you climbing! The Accrocamp team, with a professional welcome from enthusiasts. The team offers 6 challenging courses for all levels. Over an area of one hectare, from 6 to 15 meters high, depending on the course (blue, green or red...), you can climb on wooden planks, ropes, nets, ropes... Access is via a staircase. The thrill ends with a zip-line. For the less fearful, Tarzan's creeper will have you leaping into the void. What a thrill! Needless to say, the continuous lifeline ensures absolute safety.

Open for over 20 years, El Cap offers over 2,300 m² of climbing space (1,700 m² dedicated to rope climbing and 600 m² to bouldering), suitable for both experienced climbers and beginners. El Cap is a great jump into the world of climbing. Bright and colorful, the color-marked climbing routes change regularly, offering new routes for regular climbers. Different types of profile are available to help you progress. There are also courses for beginners and advanced climbers, supervised by state-certified instructors, and courses during the school vacations. A mountain store, for professional equipment, is also included in El Cap's extensive range. What's more, a brand-new training room has just been opened! And scoop: since summer 2023, a new sea canyoning activity can be practised in Batz-sur-Mer with El Cap instructors!

This golf course, designed by Martin Hawtree, was inaugurated in 1993 on the grounds of the Château de l'Épinay. This beautiful property of 67 hectares hosts an 18-hole course. The quality of construction and the excellent maintenance of the course make it one of the best golf courses in the region. The management of the golf course is eco-responsible (water recuperated via dikes...) In a few figures, it is a practice of 30 posts including 10 covered, two putting greens, a green of approach with bunker, a compact course of 3 holes (par 9 from 50 to 80 meters). Picturesque and relatively easy to play, it is suitable for all levels. Enlarged in 2009 by a spacious veranda, the clubhouse includes a restaurant with traditional and Asian fusion cuisine, a seminar room and locker rooms. Discover golf with 2 hours of free initiation!

An idyllic setting for golf! The 6,082-meter site is both wooded and very Scottish, and attracts many golfers of all nationalities. The first 9 holes were built over 100 years ago, in 1912, making Pornic one of the oldest golf courses in France. The extension to 18 holes in 1992 has given the new course an interesting technical dimension in terms of the slope it has been awarded. Facilities include putting green, pitching green and three practice bunkers.

Kwang Myung Dojang Taekwondo and Hapkido is a martial arts and combat sports club located in Nantes. The club offers Taekwondo and Hapkido courses for all levels, from beginner to advanced, and for all age groups, from 5 to 77. Classes are taught by state-certified professionals and federally-certified instructors. Forms of training include combat sports, Taekwondo and traditional Hapkido, self-defense and free sparring. The club also offers private lessons, corporate seminars and initiations for young people.

45 minutes from Nantes and Saint-Nazaire, you enter here Les Pièces aux Oiseaux, a small farm bordered by chestnut trees. Of different sizes, colours and characters, Charlot, Nutmeg, Anatole and their companions live all year round in herds. The potential of paths in the Guenrouët region, the calm of the canal from Nantes to Brest, the proximity of the Bernugat forest, and the incredible views around the wind turbines are all reasons to take the time, with family, friends, alone or with others, to go for a walk. It should be noted that the farm also offers animal mediation workshops, where people with disabilities or in difficulty establish a link with the donkeys in the herd.

CSC Laetitia brings together Sports activities and the Association Life and Joy, which deals with cultural activities and leisure activities. This circuit is a variation of the circuit "Between Bourg and Maine" in a slightly shorter version (5 km, 1 h 30). It lets you go to the Moulin mill before joining the Goupillières and continue to the Old Ideally Mill. The circuit also passes to Huperie, then La. At the intersection of Relipière, take the road on the left leading to Aigrefeuille-sur-Maine and reach the starting point.

This 7-hectare park has 9 courses (95 workshops) and 900 metres of vertiginous descent above the Val Saint-Martin pond. Some installations are reserved for adults, others are adapted to children (accompanied): suspended bikes, funicular swings, net to cross, suspended barrels, monkey bridge, Tarzan jump, ropes and logs, up and down zip lines, climbing wall... The centre de Ligue De de Prodigy welcomes the Pôle Espoirs des Pays de la Loire. The centre offers 3 different play areas: 6 short cover in greenset, 3 outdoor beaten land and 2 outdoor courts. Club-House welcomes the curious, because the level of play is often high, in regional hopes. It is also here the open GDF SUEZ of Nantes Atlantic in October.

It is about channelling the movement, speed and strength of the opponent, using them without opposing them. From the traditional Japanese teaching of aikido of the founder Moriheï Ueshiba, the courses and courses offered by the Nantes association offer courses accessible to everyone, whatever the level. Old and beginner practice together in all friendliness. The club is affiliated with the French federation and offers adult and child courses.

Fabienne and Pierre Normand are delighted to welcome you to their equestrian center on the outskirts of Nantes, where they and their team can share their passion for horse riding. They offer riding and driving lessons, as well as courses on shetlands, double ponies and horses. Original, they also run amazon courses. They also prepare you for your exams and offer rides and excursions. The center covers 20 hectares and includes two riding arenas, cross-country courses, three quarries, a round pen and a spring garden. Your horse will be welcome to board in a meadow, in a stall or on a half-board basis. And new for 2014, Maéva, Miss Normand's daughter, has opened Écuries Normand, opposite the club, for boarding and coaching your horses and ponies.

With nearly 500 licensees (men and women), La Nantes remains the reference of the sampled gymnastics clubs.
