Go, hit the best shoes and go on the trails. Pornichet has beautiful beaches, it's true, but it also has roads and a little campaign corner to make known. The tourist office had the right idea to propose three paths to walkers, lit as beginners. This document is provided to the tourism office. Three detailed sheets (maps, historical explanations on districts) show the three courses. The first 8 km and takes the hikers to the discovery of the pornichétin bocage. A cross-country journey in the countryside of Saint-Viaud, and a charming stroll, including mint fragrances and poeny, as pleasant as entêtants. The circuit passes through the Saint-Vital Chapel which was a high pilgrimage site for the country of Retz a few decades ago. According to legend, Saint Vital in prayer planted his canne and brought a source to this place. In 1923 Jean-Marie Filodeau, in recognition of the graces obtained by Saint Vital, erected this chapel.

A haven of peace for fishermen, the gardens of Los Corralès are ideal for fragrant walks. It offers a magnificent vineyard with a breathtaking view of the Sèvre River and its valley. To be discovered! In the past, wine was transported to Nantes by the Sèvre Nantaise, the river was then a vital commercial axis for the region, the port testifies to this former prosperous traffic. It is now a leisure area. Starting from the port, you will find eight thematic paths, that is to say 80 km arranged in circuits of excursions!

In the places known as Passage and walks on wild sites in the heart of the Marais marshes.

This circuit allows you to explore the country of Blue Stone and mansions (Naulière, Yachts…). Documentation indicating the marked multi-hiking trails is available at the tourist office.

A magnificent circuit that runs along the shores of the streams of Pirudel and Perche through bocage and landes. A pocket of eight marked multi-hiking trails is available at the Nozay tourist Office.

It takes place from Châteaubriant to Rougé over 13 km in a preserved environment. A discovery, far from all motorized traffic, of the peaceful countryside of the countryside.

Excluded from the customs trail that is reserved for pedestrians, small queen lovers benefit from a secure track accessible to all. The Départemental departmental itinerary offers everything to satisfy their thirst for space in peace and quiet. It allows a peaceful discovery, at the rate of each, of the Loire-Atlantique coastline, from Guérande to the north to Bourgneuf-en-Retz in the south. A new segment links Préfailles to the main route. Originally from Pointe Saint-Gildas, he borrows the mer from the sea and passes through the protected natural spaces located south of Port aux Goths. Along 7,5 km, it allows everyone, regardless of their bike (city, mountain bike or VTC), to discover the natural and heritage riches of Préfailles.

17,5 km, 4 h 15 on foot, 1 h 30 by bike and 2 h 30 on horseback to travel through this circuit whose starting point is General-de-Gaulle. This route will lead you through colorful pastures and fields according to the seasons; on the outskirts of Baulerie, where you will follow a former Roman route, then a green road to La, in the Deer Trail Park (Legendia Park) at Poitevinière. You will see the superb property of the Rousselière with its th century castle, once inhabited by Bertrand-Geslin, mayor of Nantes and close to Napoleon I. Today, the site offers a pleasant forest adventure course, Nature Challenge.

The Comité Spéléologique Régional de Bretagne / Pays de la Loire is the representative body of the Fédération Française de Spéléologie in Region H, which includes the Brittany and Pays de la Loire regions. It is made up of clubs and licensed cavers in the departments of Côtes d'Armor, Finistère, Ille et Vilaine, Loire Atlantique, Maine et Loire, Mayenne, Morbihan, Sarthe and Vendée. The committee's website provides information on caving activities in the region, as well as on training and advanced courses. It also includes reports on general meetings and events organized by the committee.

The 7,7 kilometres of the Tour des Arcades bear their name; in fact, aqueducts and arches cross the valley of the Erdre to allow hikers the freedom to reach the other shore. Without going through them, you can admire the small stone bridges that follow. For a little more thrills, don't hesitate to go cycling or even horse for the riders!

After the traditional Sunday family meal, choose a short and accessible walk. Enjoy 2,5 km from the banks of the Erdre, the clean woods of the «Black Ponds» and discover the history of the Castle of Port Mulon and its park. The latter, to which you will be able to reach a hundred-year-old tree-lined tree, will surprise the landscape owners most knowledgeable by the species that have elected them, such as chauves chauves or Virginia persimmon.

Less than 5 kilometers to walk to the history of the Languin Mines. Indeed, Nort-sur-Erdre was a coal mining site until 1863. Created on the traces of nortan culture, the Languin Mines circuit reconciles the walkway and its environment. After passing through the village of Plessis-Martin, you will have the opportunity to see a coal deposit that smacks of the earth, a large seventeenth century bourgeois house housed in the chapel of the Miners, an almost tri-centenary cedar of Lebanon and other curiosities that mark the course.

The St. Eloi Trail will take you through the old railway line, along the small green and shady roads and pass through many villages. A good option to recharge through the countryside and enjoy green meadows. In less than nine kilometres, on foot or by bike, the town of Bouvron reveals all its secrets.

The circuit is named after a nineteenth century legend… Indeed, you will pass next to a shale cross that was erected once, by refractory priests celebrating Mass during the revolutionary period. And this is the location of a oak tree. Stroll through the history of the Wasp Forest along the remains of the old railway. Guaranteed oxygenation in perfect harmony with nature. Please note, however, that you do not venture to this circuit during hunting.

Love nature, don't abstain. Very short, this ride is just the time it takes to breathe the pure air of the Wasp forest. A hiking tour of Blinois heritage! A Volano of history and knighthood, this circuit is made for you. The opportunity to visit the towers of the castle of La and its th century drawbridge bridge, St. Roch chapel of the th century and its famous frescoes, and of course the regional pride that is the canal de Nantes in Brest. Places rich in history that give meaning to the landscape that you cross on its path.

As in an array, vagabondez through young aged of the Gâvre forest, on the steps of painter Charles Perron. A former resident of the region, he has often borrowed this circuit in search of inspiration. This 7 km forest walk gives you an appointment with the history of the Magdelaine chapel, which bears the name of the village. Once your general culture is enriched, continue your walk by joining the crystal clear waters of Perche.

Is Tarzan your role model? Climbing trees, a second nature? Go to the adventure site accrobranche, 5 minutes from Nantes. Within a wooded park of 2 hectares, supervised by Frédéric and Jean-François, two qualified instructors, different courses will delight young and old. On arrival, you will be given a set of equipment and briefed on how to use it and how to get around the course. Also noteworthy: an 18-hole mini-golf course, disc golf, an orienteering course and laser tag.

Resulting from the merger between La Quinte Nantaise and A.S.B.R. escrime, ERMN Nantes-La Quinte offers fencing to the greatest number of people, of all ages and all levels. In this club in the Doulon district, saber fencing is practiced (the only club in the department to offer saber fencing as a leisure activity, in competition and for seniors). From the age of six, children and adults can learn the fundamentals of the famous quinte, dodge, attack and score. The level of expertise of the teachers allows everyone to develop their skills in the chosen level of practice in a very friendly atmosphere. Before any practice, you will need to do some muscle strengthening (and some push-ups). The perfect fencer's outfit includes a cuirass, an under cuirass, an iron glove, pants, a jacket and the inevitable iron mask. Here, the outfit is rented for the year and the membership to the Federation is mandatory. The club is also home to 2 French champions (including the young Stella Reichen), one of the best teams in France and international athletes. On guard!

It's also a 150^m2 indoor beach court on sand designed to welcome players of beach volleyball, beach soccer (a variant of soccer on sand), ultimate (a collective sport played with a disc), sandball, beach rugby, beach tennis or beachminton. All sports with a good taste of sun! For the practice of squash, Gaëlle and Cyril offer us in addition 4 courts last generation. Showers for all after the effort and comfort with the bar and pastry house of madam... The place is open to all: from 4 years old for children who can celebrate their birthday here and enjoy the D'Sport Lanta course or Treasure Hunt and other sports games. Both playful and artistic, the mini-golf course "Petits Voyages extraordinaires" is one of the permanent works of the Voyage à Nantes designed by the Nantes artist Jean Bonichon. And it is another Nantes native, known worldwide, who is honored on the course: Jules Verne. Throughout the 15 tracks, players are invited to explore seven of the novels of this illustrious writer: Around the World in 80 Days, Five Weeks in a Balloon, The Invasion of the Sea, A Fantasy of Doctor Ox, From the Earth to the Moon, Journey to the Center of the Earth, Captain Grant's Children. Like the novelist's heroes, the players become globetrotters and push the little white ball through deserts, oceans, lunar soil... Along the way, they observe a gondola with its head upside down, strange candelabras, a giant champagne cork, road signs with exotic names... A real change of scenery! This miniature golf course is part of the Voyage à Nantes program. It is located at Nantes Camping, the 5-star campsite in the Petit-Port district, in a green setting. Strolling along the Pont Anne se Bretagne, next to the courthouse on the Ile de Nantes? Don't miss this café-boutique, opening in April 2023. Ronan, a former interior designer, and Elisa have launched this boutique, bookshop and café, surfing on relaxation. On the drinks side, you can rehydrate with kombucha, iced infusions or juices from the coteaux nantais, an organic producer. Sports include surfing (boards on sale), skateboarding, yoga and bodyboarding. Yoga sessions are held on Wednesday and Saturday mornings, sometimes on the grass in front of the Loire. This hike allows you to discover Les Moutiers-en-Retz and its Lantern des Morts, as well as Prigny, port of the Middle Ages and ancient fortified town. You can also enjoy the panorama of Bourgneuf Bay and the island of Noirmoutier. The journey goes to the recently restored Moulin des Tréans and at the foot of the old Moulin de la Jarrie. Leave the long road of the Tréans, ancient Roman way, to return to the centre of the Bernerie by passing near the castle of La, which has become a superb hotel-restaurant.

Three hiking paths allow you to discover the territory of the municipality and the) valley on foot, but also by bike or horse riding. The starting point is at the entrance to the amusement park next to the Escale hall. The paths are marked in yellow.

- La Roche aux Fées circuit, 7 km for a discovery of the bocage.

- Waterway circuit, 9,5 km through villages, vineyards and a passage under the aqueduct of the railway.

- Southern circuit, 25 km, leads you to the south of the municipality in its most agricultural part.

The Hâvre valley winds its way through woods and meadows and offers pleasant walking opportunities:

A 9 km route (one way) links Oudon to Couffé and allows you to discover the local fauna and flora. You can also make the loop of 6.3 km in just under two hours round trip from Oudon.

Two other circuits from the bridge of Le Hâvre : a loop of 7.5 km (about 1 hour 45 minutes) that you can extend along the Loire (10 km, 2h30).

The Hippodrome du Petit Port in Nantes is an emblematic venue that delights horse racing fans. The spot of the Misery quarry seduces with its granite cliffs and its numerous climbing routes! Nestled in the Jardin Extraordinaire, the site has been welcoming climbing aficionados and beginners alike since the summer of 2021. The 60 climbing routes are shared between the Jardin Extraordinaire and the wall of the square Commandant Aubin. Access is free for experienced and equipped climbers, and introductory courses are offered for those who wish. A great playground in the heart of the city!

The dojo offers 9 training sessions a week, open to all, including during school vacations. Classes are held at various locations in the town, including the Christiane Moreau complex, the Salle Raspail, the Noé Lambert sports complex and the Palais des Sports de Beaulieu. Enrolment is possible throughout the year, and trial classes are offered prior to membership. Aikido teaching is based on the techniques of founder Morihei Ueshiba and is led by experienced instructor Didier Lejard. Courses are also organized throughout the year, led by Didier Lejard and Gérard Blaize.
