AOC Coteaux du Quercy on 4 ha and IGP Comté Tolosan on the rest. Red wines, dry and sweet rosés, dry and sweet whites and 100% natural organic grape juice. 30 different grape varieties are grown in the vineyard. In 2019, Mickaël presents the first certified organic wine IGP Comté Tolosan from a new disease-tolerant grape variety: the souvignier gris. Today, he is the ambassador of resistant grape varieties!
