In March 2016 Benoît Garcia opened his own distillery in Montauban. Named Bows -for Brave Occitan Wild Spirit-, this company feeds its stills with cereals grown nearby, in the South-West of France, and malted in Salvagnac in the Tarn. Benoît Garcia makes rum, gin, vodka and flower beer from them... In his barrels, collected in the cooperage of the region and the vineyards of the corner, ages also a whisky, which will officially bear this name at the end of three years of maturation.
