Its 4 ha park bordered by a river, its tropical garden, its covered and heated swimming pool, as well as its green space invite you to relax and rest. Three cottages are available for rent by the week. Two offer 6 beds and the other can accommodate up to 14 people, ideal for large families or groups of friends.

On the program, canoe-kayak descents for a moment of relaxation far from pollution and stress! You will get many advices to enjoy the region in all tranquillity. You can rent a canoe for a trip on the Saint-Antonin lake... or choose, on the contrary, to make a two or three days trip! An activity that combines adventure and nature!

Ingréo is the third largest aquatic complex in France. Located in the heart of a magnificent rose garden, this facility is dedicated to sports, leisure and fitness for all. Open all year round, 7 days a week, Ingréo is equipped with a wide range of facilities: a space with six indoor and outdoor sports and leisure pools, a fitness and wellness centre and a beauty salon. Outdoor and indoor slides, and a 10-metre deep diving pit for an introduction to scuba diving, complete the offer.

The Uvarium Port Area offers an exceptional stopover for boaters who navigate on the Canal Latéral de la Garonne and the Tarn River. Located only a few dozen kilometers from the cities of Montauban and Toulouse, this port area invites you to walk the path from "water to stone" by giving access to contrasting landscapes and rich in heritage. For adventure lovers, many outdoor activities are offered, on the trails (hiking, mountain biking), on the slopes (climbing, via ferrata), or even under our feet (speleology), or in the open field (archery).

Discovering the Aveyron by water offers new views on the nature and the surrounding villages. On board a canoe or a paddle, there are different circuits from Saint-Antonin to Cazals, from Saint-Antonin to Penne, from Lexos to Penne, or a one-hour discovery on the spot. The descent of the Aveyron is accessible to all from 5 years old. As the possibility of the boat tipping over cannot be totally excluded, it is recommended to know how to swim and to be in good physical condition. At the end of the trip, a shuttle bus will take you back to Saint-Antonin.

Nature Escapade's first speciality is the rental of canoes and kayaks, from one to three seats, offering you routes on the Tarn, from seven to seventeen km depending on your wishes and your motivation. A specialist in canoeing trips, Acti Eaux Vives offers you the opportunity to discover the region for several hours or several days. Beginners can start with the baptism, which is carried out at the base, to acquire the basics of this sport and to integrate the safety guidelines. You can then rent a half-day boat to make a choice itinerary, 5 km (the Little Route) at 12 km (the Full), depending on your desires and your mastery of canoeing. Out of season, the beautiful lakes are available for beautiful walks and fishing.

A dozen marked hiking trails (from 5.5 to 18.5 kilometers) allow you to discover the country of the Two Shores around Valence d'Agen, Goudourville, Espalais or Auvillar... The paths, accessible to all, are practicable on foot, bike or horseback. The circuits must be requested from the tourist offices of the Deux-Rives district (Valence, Auvillar, Donzac). They will provide you with maps and charts even if everything is signposted.

The Rand'Eau Loisirs base offers you the opportunity to discover the Tarn and Garonne valleys by bike, canoe, kayak, boat or stand-up paddle. Each activity is available for hire or with an instructor. Those who choose canoeing can try their hand at this sport on the Moissac waterway, or go for a hike. A shuttle bus can bring you there, depending on your choice of route. Two hours will be enough, for example, to cover the five kilometres that separate Moissac from Saint-Nicolas-de-la-Grave.

The CVVTG offers you the possibility to try an unforgettable experience: flying a glider. Flights are possible every day depending on the weather and availability, and on reservation. If the experience is conclusive, you can then really start learning to fly in a glider, supervised by the club's most experienced instructors. Various events are offered throughout the year: training courses, open days, organization of aerobatic competitions ..

The Équestre Equestrian Centre is located five minutes from the city centre, within the riding complex of the town of Montauban, close to the racecourse and the national stud-gate. The Golf de Montauban Les Aiguillons offers a flat and wooded course which spreads its fairways over some 5 720 meters.
