Favourites are Rossini tournedos with Madeira sauce and truffles, homemade cassoulet and Quercynoise ballad, a hearty salad that combines smoked duck breast fillets, gizzards, confit, cabécou (from Rocamadour, of course!) and semi-cooked homemade foie gras. The desserts are concocted by the chef according to his inspiration and especially the seasonal fruits. Its pear poached in Cahors wine with its ratafia sauce and its scoop of ice cream with milk flower is a delight!
