Restaurant with a bistro and a beautiful terrace under the hall offers traditional dishes based on local products.

The Bistrot de la Halle, run by Hugo and Emma, is all about homemade and local produce. The team has been renewed, and the menu features a fine selection of traditional dishes prepared with local produce: not only are the taste buds satisfied, but the eyes too, with beautifully presented plates. You'll find Blagour trout raised in Souillac, as well as Vieille Prune de Souillac and Aubrac beef... Located on a pedestrian square, the bistro extends its terrace to the beautiful ^17th-century covered market.

Très beau dressing des plats, veau et truite au top ???? quand à la Paix Dieu , que dire ????????????, plateau de fromages très bon aussi ???????????? continuez ????
