Bruno Vincent is an organic blueberry farmer in the Hautes-Vosges region of France. He transforms the fruits of his farm into fruit juices, alcohols, jams and other sweet delicacies. In 1987, his father and uncle, farmers, planted blueberries, native to Canada: bluets. In 2015, Bruno Vincent decided to continue. He cultivates 6 varieties of shrubs. Since 2016, he offers recipes based on blueberries: sweet and sour blueberries, jams, syrups, juices, beer, alcohol, aperitifs, but also fresh blueberries. A very nice discovery
