The hill is a breeding place that takes place in an enchanting setting, on a natural and preserved site. Here, ducks are high outdoors: they can move freely in the park, fed with cereals. They are then stuffed to whole corn. The products produced here are duck derivatives: liver whole foie in verrine, half-baked, 26 € 200 g; entier whole liver (114 €/kg), canned (13,50 € 100 g), but also sleeves, gizzards, terrine, etc. You can also find them on site at the restaurant. And if you fall in love with the farm, why not take one of the guest rooms, to enjoy a few days of this haven of peace?
