CHOCOLATERIE THIL

Daughter of a chocolate maker, Valérie Thil is passionate about chocolate. Her father founded the chocolate factory in 1960. Among the specialities, you have the rhubarb ganache, the sorcerer's beer ganache, the Vosgette which is a crunchy praline rolled in cocoa, the Moellon des Vosges which is a ganache flavoured with raspberry, coated with pink chocolate and rolled in sugar. You will find bars of dark, milk or white chocolate, orangettes, mendiants. The chocolate factory offers homemade fruit marshmallows. The gourmands will ask for more.
