Since 2009, Laetitia and Jean Philippe, in collaboration with Jérôme and Nicolas, have developed a workshop for processing milk into fresh products such as yoghurts, custards, fromage frais and jams. The milk used comes from the farm's mountain pastures, giving the products a characteristic taste of Vosges flora. The farm is open to the public and offers on-site sales of its products.
