Between nature and sensations, this park in the middle of the forest reinvents itself every year. The rates now include all activities in unlimited (except adult paintball). A multitude of activities are offered: archery, trampoline, quads, Segway, pony rides, climbing... and for adrenaline, the Ejector is just right! Since this summer, the park is equipped with the biggest Waterjump area in Eastern France with 16 slides in a brand new 4-meter deep pool, to go beyond your limits with family or friends.

On foot or by bike, the 23 km signposted route (accessible to all levels) follows the course of the River Orne as closely as possible. A bucolic landscape and judicious layout allow you to discover this former iron and steel valley. Some footbridges have been renovated and others created to take you from one bank to the other. Take advantage of the beauty of the surroundings for a picnic stop or a moment of contemplation. For soccer fans, you'll pass by the Joeuf stadium where Platini scored his first goals. You're all set for a lovely stroll.

Whether you're a walker, a beginner or an experienced sportsman, whether you want to relax, exercise, rollerblade or cycle, or simply get some fresh air, this greenway runs along the banks of the Moselle

Right bank, departure from Thionville. Follow the canal as far as Yutz, then follow the river through its loop. From Basse-Ham, you reach Koenigsmacker.

Left bank, departure from Manom. But you can also reach the banks at Thionville, below the town hall. This paved road links Manom to Remich in Luxembourg for just over 50 km.

Rive et coeur de ville en fête: an event not to be missed during the summer months (July-August). It's organized by the city of Thionville, and the festive atmosphere is guaranteed! On the riverbanks, it's time for festivities and relaxation. On Thionville's quaysides, the little booths are packed with drinks, ice creams and other delicacies. Children can enjoy a range of fun and sporting activities. As for the lazier ones, they can simply settle down with a book on the deckchairs set up for the occasion. But be warned: it'll be harder to get back on the bike afterwards!

Smart: you can assess the effort you've put in at any time, thanks to markers that mark out the greenway and indicate the distance remaining to the next village. Get away from it all!

Jean-Marie's workshop is located in the Maison du Pays Messin in the Guard Pavilion of the Château de Courcelles. It is a place of information, awareness and animation around sustainable development open to all. Various themes are addressed: the fight against climate change, protection of biodiversity, energy saving, mobility, waste sorting, etc. Depending on the workshop, your child or you, depending on the theme, will learn in a playful way an aspect of sustainable development. Whether it's a workshop on anti-waste tips and recipes, decorating with natural objects, making a glass forest or a land art walk... A great initiative!

France's longest indoor ski slope, Snowworld has everything you need to experience the pleasures of winter sports, whatever the season! A 100 m long beginners' slope and a 620 m slope, all 35 m wide. Come and ski, snowboard, toboggan and even float down the snow-covered slopes. New evening passes even let you ski after work at a special rate. All the equipment you need is available for hire. Want to get away from it all without leaving the city? Metz's 5.4-hectare lake is perfect. Stroll, cycle or rollerblade around it, and don't forget to stop for a photo in front of the torii, the Japanese gate, with the Cathedral in the background. Bordered by green spaces, it's an ideal place to relax with family or friends. And don't miss a trip to the marina, where you can hire boats - pedal or electric - and take a trip on the Moselle River.

Twelve courses are proposed, with very different levels: for an initiation or for the fans of tyrolean no less than ten. For the more adventurous, choose to do the courses during the "wild nights" with a headlamp, guaranteed sensation. The other original features of the park? The Maxi-Bungee: an inverted bungee jump that propels you 16 metres above the ground and subjects you to 3G of pressure. An outdoor laser game and interactive rallies where you have to find beacons, decipher clues... Hang on, it's worth it!

Shobu Aikido Val Saint Pierre is an aikido school located in Jury, in the Metz Metropole sports complex. Aikido is a martial art that aims to improve relationships between people by promoting the harmonious development of each individual. The dojo at the sports complex is where the classes take place. Shobu Aikido Val Saint Pierre would also like to congratulate Mehdi El KAMSI on obtaining his 4th Dan and Pascal JONIAUX on obtaining his 1st Dan.

How about picking up a club for the first time? We offer you an introduction to golf with very affordable rates so that everyone can feel the sensation of hitting a ball and understand the par, the theoretical number of strokes set for a hole; the par of a hole (3 to 5) depends on its length; the par of a course is equal to the sum of the par of the holes of the course; most courses have a par between 70 and 73. You can even try your hand at foot-golf. Note that you can also visit the restaurant and its breathtaking view.

The Collectif Art association, formerly Dada, founded in 2000, is involved in the development of Brazilian and hip-hop culture around capoeira, batucada and hip-hop dance, not only in Metz but throughout the Lorraine region. The association has won several national and international dance competitions. Capoeira classes are held on Wednesdays from 3 to 4 p.m. for children at Les Arènes de Metz, on Wednesdays from 8 to 10 p.m. for adults at Les Arènes, and on Fridays from 8 to 10 p.m. at the Saint-Symphorien gymnasium, also for adults. Batucada classes are held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 8-10pm at the Saint-Symphorien gymnasium. Hip-hop dance classes for children are held on Wednesdays from 4pm to 6pm at Les Arènes. For teens and adults, they take place Wednesdays from 6pm to 8pm and Saturday mornings from 10am to 12pm at Les Arènes. At the same venue, dancehall classes are held on Saturdays from 4pm to 5:30pm. The association also offers batucada and capoeira dance shows, so don't hesitate to contact them. Come and share the art of capoeira and batucada dance with us, in a spirit of joy and good humor!

A true Lung of the Marquette City, the Socio socio-Educational and Sports Complex is home to various services and activities: park built for the promenade, health course (approximately one kilometre), playground for children, picnic areas, roller, bowling grounds, Gallo-Roman museum (open upon request only). The animals of the educational farm (donkey, geese, ducks, turkeys, hens, goats, pigs, horses, ponies…) delight both small and large. Several multi-functional rooms are available on reservation for associations or individuals. A space dedicated to sports and leisure, very popular by the local population…

Accessible only to pedestrians or cyclists to ensure peace and quiet, there are playgrounds and several relaxation areas. It is an ideal place for families, especially since it is possible to access it with a stroller. For the pleasures of water, it is possible to rent a "pedal boat" (from 2 to 6 seats) or a classic pedal boat to sail on the lake where swimming is prohibited. You can also go for a walk in the surrounding forest in a gyro-pod! Practical: a small restaurant is regularly open at the galleon.

The Gobelin cave is located in a courtyard in the rue des Clercs. Everything here revolves around the board game! This 300 ^m2 space has something to delight young and old, from role-playing enthusiasts to Fantasy enthusiasts. We like to meet up with friends at the café-jeux, which covers nearly 150 ^m2 and offers more than 300 sets of boards. Comfortably seated on the leather sofas, in a cosy setting reminiscent of steam-punk and retro-futur styles, we enjoy a variety of activities! You can snack on the spot (wrap, panini, sandwich, ice cream, crepe...) or have a drink. In this unusual place, there is always something fun going on!

An ideal site for fishing, the pond also offers peaceful spots and walking trails for observing the flora and fauna. The Langatte leisure park is a lively place, with a beach for swimming and sporting activities in summer, including paddleboating, pedal boating, canoeing, kayaking and a waterslide. It's also possible to enjoy the surrounding nature on a boat or while fishing on the pond. In July and August, guests can enjoy Langatte Summer, a program of evening entertainment including games, dances and DJs. Electric bikes and mountain bikes for hire.

Under its hangar, this indoor skate park is a beautiful piece of equipment much appreciated by young people. An arena for beautiful tricks, it serves as a training ground and thrill zone for the region's youth. Friendly or more competitive events are organized throughout the year, for example on Halloween. Skateboarding, rollerblading and scootering put on impressive shows. Featuring wooden modules and a wide mini ramp, the indoor skate park is the largest in the Grand Est region. Rechicourt is a vast commune with many points of interest. It's a great opportunity to take a tour of the town center by bike or on foot, or even with a more fun and environmentally-friendly vehicle. The mayor of Réchicourt-le-Château first came across this attractive means of locomotion and leisure during a vacation in Haute-Savoie. Since then, six colorful, brand-new scooters have been waiting for you at the foot of the church. Equipped with large all-terrain wheels and a wide, comfortable platform, these electric scooters offer gentle mobility for a stroll from one end of the village to the other. The tour is punctuated by stops at some of the area's most unusual sites, including the impressive Grande Écluse, over 15 m high and offering a magnificent view over the ponds and canal. You'll also discover the Cité Bata and the former factory, red and immense with its distinctive architecture. We follow the old canal for a journey back in time in the footsteps of the lock-keepers, taking in the discovery trail, the towpath and its 6 old locks, replaced in 1964 by the Grande Écluse. You'll pass by the ponds and their rich biodiversity, and come across fishermen and hikers. You can choose between three discovery trails for ages 12 and over. An activity that can be shared with the whole family. An original, leisurely and instructive outing that combines nature and culture. It would be a shame to miss out!

Near the pond, a multi-purpose nautical center that welcomes schoolchildren, the general public, sports clubs and associations to its two pools - sports and balneotherapy - for sport and relaxation. Fun facilities include a counter-current river, waterfall, 60 m slide and paddling pool. On sunny days, the pool roof can be partially opened to provide a planted solarium, sandboxes and volleyball court. The aquatic center even organizes aqua'nniversaries.

Handed down from father to son since the early ^20th century, this sustainable fish farm raises fario, rainbow and albino trout, as well as large salmon trout. The fish tanks are fed by the waters of the Red Saar. You can buy fish directly, prepared or live, or come and fish for a day or half-day in an exceptional site on the edge of the forest. Between two fishing trips, you can also take a stroll along the many paths that criss-cross the surrounding forest.

56 km from Lutzelbourg to Strasbourg, via Saverne. You can also cycle along the canal from the inclined plane to Strasbourg cathedral: a beautiful 50 km route. Find out more at the tourist office. In any case, Lutzelbourg's countless attractive cycle paths promise pleasant rides. There's something for all tastes and levels: easy, intermediate and difficult. You'll discover the countryside around the town in a whole new way.

About fifty kilometres from Strasbourg, between the Vosges, the foothills and the plains, small valleys, including the Zorn valley, invite you to contemplate. This is where the Aéro-Zorn Paragliding and Paramotor Club lives, which has about sixty members, mainly between Dabo in Moselle and Saverne in Bas-Rhin. The Club manages the Haselbourg, Hommert and Reinhardsmunster sites. Do not hesitate to contact them!
