SALMONICULTURE MESSANG

Handed down from father to son since the early ^20th century, this sustainable fish farm raises fario, rainbow and albino trout, as well as large salmon trout. The fish tanks are fed by the waters of the Red Saar. You can buy fish directly, prepared or live, or come and fish for a day or half-day in an exceptional site on the edge of the forest. Between two fishing trips, you can also take a stroll along the many paths that criss-cross the surrounding forest.
