At the bottom of the jar or on your plate, you will find mainly traditional local recipes (Boles de Picolat, Galtes de porc au Banyuls...). Catalan claim, finely presented dishes and above all delicious. We fell in love with cuttlefish à la sétoise, a delight! As for wine, it is the domain of Laure and the terroir of Languedoc Roussillon is highlighted. Excellent service and a warm atmosphere are the other highlights of this restaurant. Can Fabre was born from a passion for cooking, welcoming friends and sharing good times. Jean-Philippe wanted to create the restaurant in which he would have dreamed of sharing a meal with friends or family... Mission accomplished!
