Les Indigènes, the unmissable Perpignan wine bar that has unfortunately been dormant for some time, has risen from the ashes. The new Phoenix is called Lady Jaja and the concept has not changed: natural wines from all over Catalonia, tapas and platitos finely prepared and based on local products, to accompany these bottles and good "trendy" music in the evening. We find this inimitable and unequalled atmosphere in Perpignan.
