A small restaurant by the sea that offers precise, inventive and surprising cuisine.

This little restaurant tucked away in an alleyway a stone's throw from the seafront is a Collioure classic. Its Catalan inspirations are strongly tinged with fusion cuisine, to the delight of your taste buds. The chef likes to surprise his customers, and the contract is fulfilled. Without revealing the chef's secrets, we can tell you that there's a real love of Asia, and especially Japan, in the composition and execution of the dishes: tuna, salmon or simply pork are magnified in this inventive and surprising cuisine.

Déjeuner un dimanche en février 2024 sans réservation. Une carte avec un choix suffisamment varié. Excellente cuisine et très bon accueil. Je recommande vivement.

Très petit restaurant chaleureux qui propose une bonne cuisine avec diverses inspirations du monde. Le boeuf sauce chocolat banyuls était excellent. Service souriant et dynamique. Seul petit bémol pour ma part c'est le prix des entrées, je sais bien que c'est coûteux de travailler de bons produits frais mais bon ça peut piquer...
