The starred Chef Laurent Lemal will take you on a discovery of local products revisited in his own way. With a view of the sea, facing the bell tower of Collioure, in 7, 8, 10 or 12 courses, he will take you on a journey with "Léphé - mer- terre" which highlights the work of local and Occitan farmers, market gardeners and fishermen. What can I say except to invite you to discover by yourself this work of goldsmith that is the culinary art. As I write this article, I close my eyes and remember each dish as an indelible memory.
