Read moreIn the 1970s, the villages of Peyriac de Mer, Sigean and Portel-des-Corbières joined forces and founded the "Rocbère" brand, a nod to the rock that overlooks the Berre River. The cellar took a decisive turn in 1993 with the old gypsum quarry of Portel, 80 meters under the ground, where the wine is aged. For more than 20 years, it has been possible to wander through this quarry, among the oak barrels and old casks, on the Terra Vinea tour.
