Worthy sons of Bacchus, Arthur Lallemand and Adrien Mingaud from Limoux transport us through their selection of wines into a universe of aromas and passion. The love of the land runs through their veins, and beyond being "wine selectors" they are also blenders and producers. They have opened a tasting, sales and exchange area in the heart of the bastide, highlighting the work of the most promising winegrowers, exalting the richness of the vintages unearthed. Local delicatessen products enrich their offer.

Entering the lair of the Cabanel house is to discover the Carcassonne of the 19th century with, in its courtyard, the superb ironwork marquee designed in 1868 in the Eiffel style. A historical place not to be missed, the place has inherited the secrets of the famous Micheline, a recipe dating back to the 4th century, and of the Or-Kina, a plant-based aperitif. It also produces a pastis 100% Carcassonne and the famous "Crème de Menthe" and "Crème de Citron".

In the 1970s, the villages of Peyriac de Mer, Sigean and Portel-des-Corbières joined forces and founded the "Rocbère" brand, a nod to the rock that overlooks the Berre River. The cellar took a decisive turn in 1993 with the old gypsum quarry of Portel, 80 meters under the ground, where the wine is aged. For more than 20 years, it has been possible to wander through this quarry, among the oak barrels and old casks, on the Terra Vinea tour.

Here in this long cellar in the center of town, we will advise you very well according to your viniphile sensibilities! We can't taste on the spot but we have never been disappointed by the proposals made... New references every week, whether the wine is natural, organic, or IGP or other red, white, or rosé wines but also regional aperitifs and spirits. You will also find references of cognacs at various prices, which will allow each budget to find the right bottle for his glass.

In beautifully restored 18th-century stables, the Grand Celièr team welcomes you to discover the very best in local wines and regional produce. You'll be able to taste the wines of Argeliers' winegrowers free of charge, discover the story of Marcelin Albert, leader of the winegrowers' uprisings that shook the Midi in 1907, thanks to a video documentary detailing his life, and meet the team of enthusiasts who will share their favorite products with you. A must for all epicureans!

The Comptoir des Vignes is the place to be for epicureans in search of good wines... but not only. We don't know where to turn as there is so much choice. Let's start with the wines, even if the department dedicated to the region has the lion's share, you can also find nice Burgundy, Côtes du Rhône, Bordeaux and even world wines. Large choice of beers, spirits, gin, vodka, champagnes and at all prices. Accessories, tea, coffee and wine in bulk complete the offer. The good reception and the wise advice of the cellarmen are appreciable.

Created in 1937, on the initiative of the producers of Fleury and Salles d'Aude, the cooperative cellar of La Vendémiaire counts today 185 members. Together, they produce nearly 70,000 hectoliters per year! A reference in the south of France, the independent winery offers a wide range of red, white and rosé wines. Some of them have made a place for themselves on the shelves of the general public, notably the vintages l'Insulaire, Anne de Rouch, La Garrigues red-rosé-white and Les Arbres Blanc. Their credo? "An art of living to share".

A nursery for tomorrow's winegrowers with viticulture training courses, this establishment has opened a superb atypical cellar, with a monumental fresco on the vaulted ceiling, by the artist Harillo entitled "Al Vino, l'ode de l'Aude au vin". Cabernet Franc, Syrah, Merlot, Viognier, Chardonnay and Muscaris are produced and vinified on site in an ultramodern cellar, a real educational showcase for the students of the school.

Château de Luc, located in Luc-sur-Orbieu, is a winery owned by the Fabre family. Its vineyards, planted on the stony terraces of the Orbieu and the windy foothills of the Alaric, produce wines characterized by concentration and harmonious balance. The château welcomes visitors to its stables, now converted into a tasting cellar, where they can discover the 14th-century underground cellars, a unique historical testimony in the region. Château de Luc offers a variety of activities, such as the Balade Vigneronne, the Visite insolite du château, the Escape Game and the Live Tasting. It also offers a selection of wines, including La Serre, Viognier Chimère and Vin doux naturel de grenache.

This is the story of a committed cellar, since 1914. Its name, Cellier des Demoiselles, is a tribute to the young women of the village who replaced the men who left for the front and deeply marked the history of this cellar. Nowadays, each of its cooperative winegrowers develops its own vintages, either individually or collectively, under the signature "Cellier des Demoiselles". Committed to an eco-responsible approach, with the progressive implementation of the BIO, HVE and sustainable development label, they do not only make wines, but wines that carry values.
