Tiphaine Thibert, sommelier and trainer, carefully selects her winemakers and offers more than 220 references of wines renewed according to the seasons, ranging from thirsty wines to more complex wines. Tiphaine will know how to adapt to neophytes with her sense of pedagogy while capturing the attention of the most initiated. You will appreciate the wine bar and its snack bar with quality snacks (organic and local) and the terrace. Tiphaine also gives oenology courses.

In the heart of the village of La Palme, Delphine Roullier has set up her craft brewery, named one of France's top 3 breweries by Hachette. A talented oenologist, Delphine offers a range of elegant, refined organic beers crafted in the purest tradition, with an eco-responsible, environmentally-friendly approach. Blonde or brown? Why not try the exotic Ginger, with its flavors of fresh ginger, lemongrass and combawa. Visit us for a tasting at the bar or on the shady terrace, and discover Delphine's chic, trendy universe.

This is the story of a committed cellar, since 1914. Its name, Cellier des Demoiselles, is a tribute to the young women of the village who replaced the men who left for the front and deeply marked the history of this cellar. Nowadays, each of its cooperative winegrowers develops its own vintages, either individually or collectively, under the signature "Cellier des Demoiselles". Committed to an eco-responsible approach, with the progressive implementation of the BIO, HVE and sustainable development label, they do not only make wines, but wines that carry values.

Evelyne and Aude, two endearing sisters, offer a warm welcome, sharing their passion for Languedoc wines and other gourmet products. They offer tastings of fine wines selected from small producers, accompanied by tapas, charcuterie and cheeses. In addition to bottled and bulk wines, you'll find organic craft beers, fruit juices, olives, olive oils, seafood, salts, organic jams, honeys, champagnes, blanquettes de Limoux and gift boxes.

The Domaine is located at the gateway to the Hautes Corbières, in the Canton of Durban, at the entrance to the Paradis Valley. Established on the terraces of the Corbières since 1861, Jean-Pierre and Philippe Montanié are the proud successors. These talented winemakers practice a draconian selection of terroir and choose long macerations to extract the best from the grapes (color and aroma). So if you like elegant wines with character, come to the cellar for a tasting session. Our favorite is the Hauts de Serres cuvée.

Stephen, an oenologist who has lived in the region for twenty-five years, recently trained in cheeses to open this concept store combining his two passions. Having travelled extensively in and around the Aude region, Stephen has built up an impressive list of small local producers. In his store, the oenologue Fromager offers a concentrate of gourmet delights, with a selection of regional products such as cassoulet, charcuterie, confit... Quality products and sound advice go hand in hand with ongoing tastings and introductory wine-tasting courses.

This beautiful estate produces high-quality vintages from its 96 hectares of vines. Its clay-limestone soil produces famous AOC La Clape and IGP Pays d'Oc wines. At the winery, you can also select a bottle of Carthagène, a sweet Languedoc specialty. Château Pech-Céleyran also boasts a very active wine tourism offer, with guest rooms, luxury gîtes, a swimming pool, flexible reception areas and arty events. What could be more natural than a love of the arts for this family, descendants of Saint-Exupéry.

Massamier La Mignarde is a winery located at Château Massamier La Mignarde in Pépieux. Massamier La Mignarde offers a selection of quality wines with recognized expertise.
