Brioche du Moulin is a bakery which is located at Place de l'Hôtel-de-Ville, within walking distance from the historical monuments. Here, bread is a passion but also a family story: the owners are former millers of Castelnaudary, now flour traders! Their daughters welcome you in the bakery to offer you various breads (with chestnut flour, with cereals, with figs, with whole wheat, in rustic way, etc), Viennese pastries but also some pastries and salted pleasures: sandwich, croque-monsieur, pizza... Pastry chef Rémi Touja, French dessert champion in 2013, opened his workshop in the Bastide, after working alongside chef Franck Putelat. He offers tasty, refined and original pastries, which are also true works of art. The Paris-Brest revisited with buckwheat, the "Choco" cake with peanut and nougatine brownie, the delicacies to nibble or spread, the chocolate bars and other fruity sorbets... Rémi Touja's pastries will delight your taste buds.

Created in 1932, this artisanal pastry and chocolate shop is now in its fourth generation. The welcome, in this beautiful store located in the heart of the city, is warm and the advice judicious. All the cakes and chocolates made, if possible from products in short circuit, are pure delights. The house specialties are the fouace aux pignons, the classics such as Paris Brest and Saint Honoré or more trendy ones such as the Royaltie, chocolate mousse and praline crunch. At Easter or Christmas, the house chocolates are very appreciated.

Le Moulin des Halles is the latest addition to Narbonne's renowned Moulins bakery and patisserie chain. While the main breads and cakes sold by the "older" bakeries can be found here, the house specialties take pride of place. The "Clapettes", baguettes filled with olives, bacon, cumin or reblochon cheese, will delight you or your guests... But above all, don't miss out on the pleasure of treating yourself or your guests to the famous and delicious "Pavés Narbonnais", pine nut tarts or galettes narbonnaises...

La Fabrique is a large artisan bakery, pastry shop and sandwich shop ideally located near the mediatheque. Flour is sourced from the renowned Sauret mill, in operation since the ^12th century. Everything is homemade, and the quality of taste is omnipresent, from the various breads (organic, sourdough...) to the fabulous pastries and snacks made from salads, wraps or burgers. Sweet and savoury dishes can be taken away or eaten on the premises in the very pleasant back room, which has a library and doubles as a tea room.

Gourmet store where you will find 100% handmade delicacies made with love and passion! Artisan quality in limited quantities. The window display really makes you want to window shop with fresh individual pastries, tarts and desserts like the Café Créole (almond cookie, dark chocolate iced coffee cream, light vanilla cocoa cream and banana caramel tips) or the Cocomango (like the café créole but with a mango variation).
