Today, it is on the lovely veranda of the restaurant that falls, a little away from the hustle and bustle of the Faubourg, as to make a small digression. Mr. Bee, as his name indicates, is the manager while his wife leads another pleasant restaurant: La Poste, on the Faubourg des Ancêtres. The reputation of these establishments'pastries is no longer required. The decoration, design and sober, was thought with taste: We would like to return, once crossed the black curtains, in a game of ladies grandeur nature. On the floor, a fireplace contributes to the warm atmosphere of this establishment, which is welcome throughout the day: breakfast in the morning, then a brasserie and tea salon… The food, classic and very good, is served by a smiling team.

Zeiger is a technician who ficèle his plates brilliantly, respecting the product without escort of multiple flavors that sometimes serve no purpose. To convince you, you can enjoy asparagus with an emulsion in the old county and country ham, and then the crisp palm foot, roasted corn cream and tétragone shoots. In dessert, we favour sweet transparency to mango, sherbet to the fruit of passion. Everything is in the name.
