Welcome aboard! This associative restaurant, vegetarian and biological, created in 1979, is located in a pretty little house, a little away from the city center (near the hospital). At the Magic Pochon, the word «conviviality» takes all its meaning (the association that manages it is called Conviviale). With its three rooms and its terrace, the restaurant welcomes you in a lively setting. The menu is rich (entrance, day dish, cheeses, dessert), delicious rustic cuisine, and excellent value for money. The plates parade: peasant salads, housings, pies, cereal cakes, soups, vegetable cakes, plant pâté, often with a large part made to legumes. A popular alternative to Belfortains, the restaurant combines simplicity, pleasure and ecological awareness. The user-friendliness of the association also involves the work of the team: equity is the result of autonomy which everyone enjoys, from versatility and equal pay.

So simply say, we loved! Just joined Mémé, we fall under the charm of this careful Alsatian atmosphere: nothing was left at random in the cosy decoration. Warm colours of the fabrics (chairs of grey leather, red coeurs coatings) enhance the wood of the benches and parquet parquet. The trompe-eye eye (windows, shutters and half-colombages) complete us in Alsace where Nicolas taught in the kitchen of his mémé Liesel and then in that of the famous Winstub Strasbourg chic at Yvonne. Everything is done home thanks to local suppliers who have the elegance of paying tribute to the map: Le from Anaïs to a few feet, To small onions (sausage smoked in the sauerkraut is a "massacre"). Behind the ancient facade of the Lion Table, in intimate decor, Chef Christian and his brigade develop a refined and tasty cuisine that delights the taste buds. You can't mistake it by choosing this address, one of the best in Belfort. A succession of gourmet dishes drawn to classics, fine suggestions on slate, very fresh and regional products: croûte with franche cream, veau sauce, perch roasted with fenouils, beef ballotine with braisées carrots. Don't forget to taste the röestis, sparkle and fondants to whom we give special mention. A selection of wines in bottle or glass ends up glorify flavours in the mouth. The plates are generous and it is by greed that we will go on the side of desserts, which remain on excellence: chocolate foam (as at Mum), season pie, caramel chocolate biscuit with salt salt… And to spoil nothing, the Lion table service is nice and fast. The chef also passes on each table, talks with his clients, a spark in the eye, happy to delight them.

While this type of establishment was rare, here is a new place to eat one (good) piece or drink a glass on the side of the pedestrian street. Once the porch was once on an art gallery. Today, it is on the lovely veranda of the restaurant that falls, a little away from the hustle and bustle of the Faubourg, as to make a small digression. Mr. Bee, as his name indicates, is the manager while his wife leads another pleasant restaurant: La Poste, on the Faubourg des Ancêtres. The reputation of these establishments'pastries is no longer required. The decoration, design and sober, was thought with taste: We would like to return, once crossed the black curtains, in a game of ladies grandeur nature. On the floor, a fireplace contributes to the warm atmosphere of this establishment, which is welcome throughout the day: breakfast in the morning, then a brasserie and tea salon… The food, classic and very good, is served by a smiling team.

The cafeteria includes the couscous, duck conflict, ham and cup. Outside the hours of meal it is possible to dine with a fresh dish or a famous grill prepared and served at all times and to be enjoyed in front of the television which broadcasts different programmes.

Philippe Zeiger is a talented chef and you won't regret your stop. This is a big table in Belfort Territory. When you arrive, don't trust this house with great charm. The pleasure is inside. Zeiger is a technician who ficèle his plates brilliantly, respecting the product without escort of multiple flavors that sometimes serve no purpose. To convince you, you can enjoy asparagus with an emulsion in the old county and country ham, and then the crisp palm foot, roasted corn cream and tétragone shoots. In dessert, we favour sweet transparency to mango, sherbet to the fruit of passion. Everything is in the name. 

The chef, Bernard Treil, has a personal touch in the warm and contemporary setting of the establishment's restaurant. The card is certainly standardised Novotel but it changes twice in the year and offers daily dishes to choose from the "chef market". For the rest, besides the classic brasserie style - Caesar salad, beef tartar, omelet, etc. - the planchas to compose offer a wide choice of meat or fish, upholstery and sauces. A friendly formula whose cooking preserves flavours… Close to bar & restaurant, and free access: business corner, XBOX, Kinect, comic space and sports events.

This establishment is what we call a good place to live, and where you will create pleasant memories. You're going to be piker, on the beautiful mezzanine, in privacy with your first love, a student to debate the courses, students get down on the ground floor to re-start the world. Later it's a family, or with friends and girlfriends, that you go back to it to say that life is done well. And to accompany the precious wine, there are several planchettes to taste: cold meat - freshly cut in front of you -, foie gras (Lafitte), caviar (Sturia), or cheese - tomette de brebis with Espelette peppers, coeur d'Alvignac, bouyguette of Tarn, fondant du Fédou... On the menu, you can also find duck pâté and fish rillettes, but also champagne, aperitifs and digestives or coffees and teas. On weekdays, the chef serves, for lunch, a menu of the day, consisting of a main dish, generally meat or fish at choice, and a dessert. Lover of the Southwest France, Ludovic Cachot offers an authentic cuisine, prepared with fresh regional produce. As for delicatessen, there are gourmet baskets to offer or to consume, and the rich selection of Basque country's products will bring the sunshine in your kitchen!

A small, pleasant restaurant, located in the old town and serving Alsatian specialities. With good value for money, it is ideal for an evening among friends. The decor is simple and warm welcome. There are many specialities: tartes, flambées, hot boxes, ham, morels, salads… Flammekueches (flambées) live up to their reputation and well-rounded. However, baeckeoffe (traditional dish based on potatoes, meat and vegetables) leaves a little to be desired. You can also pay attention to the small room, and provide a small committee.

Welcome to the only restaurant of Indian and Pakistani specialities in Belfort! If it is slightly eccentric compared to the heart of the city, this place deserves a little detour. There is a change of scenery. The dishes are tasty and spicy according to the wishes of the guests. Certain specialties are naturally vegetarian (vegetables, lenses). If the dishes can appear a bit expensive on the map, the midi (entrance + curry) formula at 10 euros is excellent value for money. Please note, the restaurant can quickly be full, especially the weekend, and the wines are a bit expensive. Welcome to the hotel.

The decor is rather rustic, inspired by the scenes of the peasant life painted by Jean-François Millet, hence the name of the establishment (table exhibited at the musée d'Orsay in Paris). In the summer, comfortably located on the terrace, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the Bernese Jura. Little more: Marilyn, the adorable owner of the places, helps you prepare your walks in the village and rent snowshoes in winter.
