La Fruitière - Le Terroir de Grégoire is a cheese dairy. It offers a wide selection of cheeses, in particular the famous Comté. Customers can purchase products in-store or pick them up on site.

Sébastien Crelier believes that beer is more than a drink, but an art and that with his beer you will never look bad again! It must be admitted that the young brewer has a "good face" which is rather cheerful. The Haut-Doubiste from Pontarlier claims to brew beers that are sparkling with joy and that appeal to the eye as well as the palate. He prepares them with 100% organic barley. 5 regular references are available for sale, in 33 cl or even in casks. He will even convince you to try a new dessert called "Bièramistu"!

Dimitri Morin opened his brewery in 2009 on the Jura plateau. He strives for balanced flavors and avoids bitterness: his range comprises a dozen references, including 5 main ones named after their characteristics. These include Doubseur (white beer), Doubsdoune (blond beer with spices) and Doubsloureuse (intense brown beer). There's also Doubszen, the Doubsdoune at Christmas. 60% of production is destined for the regional market, either in the cellar or on the terrace during lively, musical evenings!

Since 1965, Caves Jacquot has set the standard in the Haut-Doubs region. You can discover over 2,000 references of wines, beers, spirits and even homemade syrups. This family-run business advises and selects quality products for its customers. You can find its stores in Pontarlier in Rue des Lavaux and in L'Abergement Sainte-Marie. Today, the estate has 7.5 hectares, which are farmed responsibly, i.e. without chemical fertilisers, weedkillers or pesticides. Chardonnay still reigns supreme in different cuvées: "Tradition", "Vieilles vignes". A little bit of red wine too with the reintroduction of Pinot noir. A spacious cellar is now available to welcome groups, especially for the "Bourru Day" in September. In any case, this "Moutherot" is an example of rural resurrection in a region where winegrowing is still only a trace.

This brewery is unique because of its location. Jérôme Gloriot and Isabelle Banfi welcome you to the ground floor of their home to present their rather typical beers, up to 8.2° for the triple. The people of Bisont are familiar with the Pintadier beer, but despite its deliberately modest size, it has made a name for itself far beyond. Sales are made directly, without advertising. Only word-of-mouth. It can be found at various events organised by local associations and can be tasted in a few local bars.

No less than 230 beers fill the shelves of this store which are dedicated to them. The new great region is very well represented with nearly 65% of the beers present coming from its breweries. Then they come from France or abroad. Thomas, passionate, will advise you, he proposes to the sale in pressure more than 6 marks, which change regularly. He always looks for beers coming from microbreweries and you will be surprised to discover small rarities. A board of regional products can accompany your tasting.
