The Nuits de Joux festival is synonymous with a fortnight of summer festivities in the magnificent and famous Château de Joux, and in the theaters of the adjacent town of Pontarlier. On the program: musical and theatrical shows, entirely created and performed by the local Nuits de Joux troupe or by guest artists. More than fifteen artists to be found in an exceptional setting and with an unprecedented content. Not to be missed!

An established tradition in Pouilley-Français for over three decades, the Salon des Saveurs d'Automne is a must-attend event that showcases the region's terroir. With nearly 200 exhibitors, including 40 organic producers and 35 craftspeople, it offers an exceptional showcase for local producers. Maintained by dedicated and dynamic organizers, supported by a hundred or so passionate volunteers and loyal partners, the fair is a veritable feast of flavors, with tastings of pressed apples, pumpkin soups and all-regional meals.

La Franche-Comté welcomes the Tour de France for three days: July 7 a step in Haute-Saone on July 8, departure from Belfort Territory, and on July 9 one against the watch between Arc-et-Senans and Besançon. A beautiful feast in perspective, to vibrate for a day with the runners. The caravan should also bring a lot of surprises. Don't miss it!

On April 1 st, the city of Besançon will host the new edition of the Banks of Doubs, one of the major events in the region's sports calendar. Again this year, approximately 700 athletes are expected on the different events of the event: 5 km and 10 km for adult racing, 1 km and 1,7 km for youth races. Choose from your level the path that best suits you, and start yourself in this pleasant challenge!

Tariff: 10 km: 12 €; 5 km: 10 €; youth race (1 km and 1,7 km): 4 €. Increase to be forecast on race day.

Distance: Adult racing: 5 km and 10 km; Youth Races: 1 km and 1,7 km.

Difficulty: easy to average.

Rendez-vous: Sportif sports complex in Besançon. Departure at pm for the 10 km, at 15 pm for youth races, and at 16 pm for the 5 km (individually and by team).

Other practical information: any non-licensee shall have a medical certificate indicating the absence of a contraindication to the practice of the race on foot.

Besançon is home to Lune de Plume, a writing club and professional training organization. They offer writing workshops for anyone who wants to write or have someone else write, whether individuals, companies, local authorities or associations. Workshops take place in Besançon, in the Doubs department and more widely in the Bourgogne Franche-Comté region. Workshops last from an hour and a half to several days of writing, and the number of participants is limited to between 5 and 12 people. The workshops are open to all, adults and children aged 9 and over, and registration is open all year round. They also organize workshops related to the living world, where participants are invited to explore their creativity in relation to the kingdoms that coexist on Earth.
