BINIBÓ
Read moreBinibo is a small 10-hectare farm located in the south of Ciutadella and run by a Frenchman named Antoine Philipon. All its production has been certified organic since 2018: the man grows local vegetables on around two hectares and fruit trees on a similar area (figs, pomegranates, olives, citrus fruits and raspberries), while the rest of the farm's surface is left uncultivated and serves as a reserve for the island's natural biodiversity as well as a home for chickens and ducks.
