Founded in 1990, Sa Canova, a manufacturer of top-quality Minorcan cheese, has become a benchmark in the island's gastronomic landscape. While the story began with the traditional production of the famous Mahón-Minorca cheese, Sa Canova went on to produce other cheeses with different flavors and textures, as well as a range of quality dairy products.
