Es Ventall is a restaurant opened in 1982 by the Bonet family, offering ibicenca and Mediterranean cuisine that has nothing more to prove, as the large proportion of attic premises is proof. Traditional recipes such as bullit de peix, sofrit Pagés and also some creative dishes prepared by the son of the owners who became the chef emeritus, Jose Miguel Bonet Cardona. Some of his creations include the tartar of espardenyes (sea cucumber) with orange or the salad of mollejas (sweetbreads) and caramelised chicken.

A natural cave in the heart of the old town. It is here that you will find this little gem of a French bistro. If the owner Nicolas is a fine sommelier who has worked in excellent addresses in Paris and New York, "French" cannot sum up the subtlety of the cuisine served here. The new chef, Begoña Arizmendi, is skilfully at work in her open kitchen, combining skills from the four corners of the world with ingredients full of freshness: ceviche, turbot meunière, duck confit... The wine pairing is impeccable.

This restaurant offers, almost with its feet in the water, an excellent cuisine in a very neat and well shaded setting. The chef, Jérome Palayer, prepares a refined cuisine that gives pride of place to seafood, but also offers grilled meats (filet mignon and bavette à l'échalote) and informal dishes, such as a selection of six burgers or large salads. The place is frankly pleasant, with a chill-out style decoration: we could spend the whole day there! Also perfect for a drink.

Certainly one of the best kept secrets in Ibiza. In the heart of a typical Balearic landscape, a crystal clear beach hidden between cliffs, fine sand and pine forest. Amante Ibiza, overlooking the bay of Sol d'en Serra, has a "rural" restaurant, offering a simple and very well made cuisine, based on ecological products, while in the coal oven grills delicious pieces of meat and fish. In high season, there are open-air movie nights, and from Monday to Friday you can participate in morning yoga on the beach.

Faithful to the post for more than twenty years now, Rita's canteen treats locals and travellers to a whole range of simple and well-made culinary creations. The gastronomic influences here are multiple, like the Indonesian preparations - shawarma, nasi and bami goreng are worth the detour - or the continental, English, German breakfasts... You can also stop here for a tapas break, a sandwich or an ice cream. In short, you will have a good time on this small terrace always full of people.

This bar overlooks the beaches and is located right in front of the islets of Platges de Comte. It offers salads, rations to share, sushi and even some Indian specialties. But it is especially at cocktail time that one frequents the terrace of the Sunset Ashram to enjoy a sublime panorama on the sunset, in a young and cool atmosphere. Every evening, DJs provide the atmosphere. An address known for its chill atmosphere and for the splendid changing landscapes at the time of the sunset ibicenco!

Before arriving in Cala Mastella, access to swimming easier. Many prefer the previous one: it is a little more expensive. It serves the same dishes, all in the typical frame of a ibizienne house.

Map in French. The abords, black and gold grids with red candlelight, indicate the restaurant. The kitchen is of great finesse, Asian. A real pleasure of the senses.

This classic of the city, in a large room, decorated with the old style, offers a varied menu and an international map.

Chinese restaurant. It is a haven of peace in the middle of the crowd. Another privileged place to find a little serenity in the city. Dishes to take but the decor deserves you to spend time in a meal.

This small bar-restaurant has been regularly broadcast for a long time by a German couple. You can eat a panini, pasta, soup or salad, all of which will not exceed 10 €.

Thai cuisine. Sale to take possible. A small restaurant with a few tables on the small terrace, unfortunately overlooking the road of San José, which is quite high. Good food.

Garden, bar, restaurant. Vegetarian dishes and grilled meat specialities at the barbecue. Away from the agitation.

A rustic atmosphere and large lounges, good Spanish and Spanish cuisine and grilled meats, tapas. Gardens and terrace in summer in a typical Payesa house.

Marinières, fajitas, fideua and, more rare, a wide selection of fresh fruit for dessert. Large terrace, nice service, the map is in French.

El Soleado offers an excellent French cuisine inspired by Provence, but also with a Mediterranean fusion: thyme roasted rack of lamb, carpaccio speciality and skillfully cooked fish, all to be accompanied by a good glass of chilled rosé wine. A pleasant setting far from the crowds with a superb terrace by the sea, run by Aline and Philippe, a nice couple from Lyon. Perfect for a romantic meal or a drink at sunset time. A real little Provencal stopover under the Ibiza sun.

It's best to book your table, as the place is small: La Oliva has only a few tables set up on a narrow street in the old town. The setting is quite charming, which justifies the rather high prices. On the food side, there are tasty Provençal-inspired dishes, with an emphasis on fish and local produce: zucchini carpaccio with grilled Ibizan almonds; sesame-crusted salmon, sautéed vegetables with coconut, teriyaki; beef fillet, truffle juice; not to mention the array of desserts.
