Events calendar Ibiza

This is the patron saint's day of the small village of Santa Agnes. It is at this time that the almond trees blossom, covering the natural basin in which Santa Agnes is located with white. The celebrations include a morning mass, a traditional procession through the streets of the village, a ball pagès in folk costume and a parade of old-fashioned means of transport. Generally, the festival is punctuated by theatrical or musical performances.

On the last Sunday in October, the splendid protected area of Ses Salines hosts the Salt Festival, a golden opportunity to learn more about one of the island's main sources of wealth. Guided and commented tours through the park, on foot and by bus, allow visitors to discover the world of salt according to different themes: Salinas and salineros (saltworks and salt workers), history, nature and gastronomic traditions.

In May 2021, the Adlib Pasarela celebrated its 50th anniversary! This festival aims to offer national and international exposure to Ibizan fashion through shows by designers, both long-established and new. Adlib fashion, typical of the island, is characterised by fabrics such as linen and cotton, the colour white (although other colours are introduced) and craft elaborations such as embroidery and lace.
