Today it is produced for human consumption and is marketed under the name Oli d'Ibiza. Served in the best restaurants on the island, you can buy it directly from his estate (by making a small phone call beforehand), or in the island's grocery stores.

Located 3 km from Sant Antoni, Can Rich, which presented its first wine production in 2000, is the largest winery on the island and is part (along with 3 other wineries producing local wine) of the "Vino de la Tierra de Ibiza" label. In this estate of more than 40 hectares, wine and 100% ecological olive oil are produced, as well as hierbas Ibicencas, the typical Ibiza liqueur. A visit to this winery will allow you to learn more about the winemaking process and the rural customs of Ibiza. Plan to do some shopping!

A quality delicatessen to stock up on local or peninsula products: Ibiza wines, ecological olive oil, sobrassada, bellota ham, etc. Founded in 1965 by Vicente Roselló, it was the first butcher's shop in Sant Antony de Portmany. Run by the same family for three generations, Vincente's grandchildren have become breeders, taking care of their own herds of cows and pigs on their farm called La Cigüeña Negra. This typical and well-known former colmado (grocery store) in the centre of Santa Eulària, founded in 1967 by José Mari Palau and now run by his daughter Margarita, has been transformed into a small shop selling traditional Ibizan products and offering a wide selection of wines and liqueurs, including the famous Hierbas Ibicencas. This hippy market is very popular; dozens of sales points offer handicrafts, musical instruments... It is, according to us, the most interesting hippy market of the island, more typical and warm than the one in Es Canar. Besides, the owner of the place chooses himself the exhibitors at the beginning of the season, in order to favour the diversity of the products. Although a little less hippy than in the past, Las Dalias remains the most emblematic market on the island.

La Canela is a well-known bakery that opened more than thirty years ago on the island (in 1986 to be exact) where you can find local specialities: ensaimadas, flaó, greixonera, orelletes, and many other sweet treats. The shop is also a good option if you are feeling peckish, as you will find a wide variety of quiches, coques (the Catalan pizza) and empanadas. Everything is made with passion by meticulous bakers on the same day, and the choice of ingredients is not left to chance.

It is in a small street starting from the Plaça de la Constitució that you will find the pretty pastel blue room and the pleasant terrace of the Vivi's Creamery, the other good ice-cream parlour of the old town. In addition to a wide selection of ice cream in a variety of flavours (pistachio ice cream will tempt fans) - with sweets, chocolates and other tasty treats - you can also enjoy excellent milkshakes and refreshing smoothies.
