CIDRE MUSEUM
Read moreHere, with 30,000 bottles year-round, we can claim to be specialists. The Hotte family (a name predestined to the country of Othe!) perpetuates tradition and preserves the remains of over 300 presses, which a time scattered the region. The décor is like the product: wooden grinding is a counter. The visit is free for the individual and guided for the groups, not to mention that Corinne and Gérard, the owners, are very available. They're having fun themselves with their old tools, and in September or October, it's the 17 th rush that's going to happen in the old, old-fashioned. Here, ciders and juice are 100% organic and based on local apple varieties exclusively. Special mention for organic apple juice silver medal 2018.

MUSEUM OF THE OLD CHAMPAGNE MALT HOUSE
Read moreIn 1883, the Bonnette brothers founded this malpractice that transformed barley into malt for beers or whiskys. Unfortunately, in 1975, the factory disappeared, doors closed. Thankfully, the building revived from its ashes in 1995 and a museum is built on the site. A playful discovery of the past century. In this former industrial site typical of the industrial revolution of the nineteenth century are the work of malt, the epic and the living environment. This free museum highlights a heritage (postcards, cuts, diplomas, models, paintings, vehicles) that illustrate the twentieth century thanks to donations from local families, businesses or friends of the city. It is also a place of culture since now painters, sculptors like Jean-Paul Méline or Di Ceglie, are exposed in an unusual setting. A double exit!
MUSEUM OF VALOUR
Read moreA little lost in the narrow streets of the Cap, this museum is set in a beautiful, typical hotel typical of Renaissance architecture, impressive by its portal and double staircase. From the name of the Cistercian Abbey of Vauluisant to which it depended, it fully falls within the theme of the year: the Renaissance. Built in the mid th century, it is the memory of what was the major industry in the city: bonneterie. The company Bugis, famous for its fabrics production, collaborated with a fashion photographer to pay tribute to the textile in an exhibition. Sets of textile machinery and production - lingerie, stockings, socks… - illustrate the evolution of fashion and techniques from the th century to the th century. He also has a collection of beautiful sculptures, paintings and a few stained glass windows of Linard Gonthier.
